Our 300 year old grade II listed Mill is set in a peaceful wooded valley location and retains many of its original features. These include the original water wheel, low doorways, beams and millstones which all set off this historical gem. The cottage is beautifully furnished with a classical elegence and features its own private terrace for alfresco eating, private gardens and stream. With easy access to the North Cornish Coast and Camel Estuary you will never be short of something to do.

Shop and fish and chip shop within walking distance. You will need to drive 20-30 minutes for beaches and larger towns.

Garden chalet - perfect for couple and 2 children

Drackdom is a very cute small self contained flat or chalet in a quiet rural hamlet one mile outside Wadebridge. It has 2 areas, including a living/dining/kitchen space, a separated bedroom with a double bed and 2 bunks only suitable for children up to 12 years old and a shower wet- room/loo. It's insulated, has a log-burner, TV, wifi and its own garden with outside eating area with a fishpond fountain. Drackdom was entirely re-furbished in 2019. There is ample parking on the property.

A lovely contemporary studio first-floor apartment, close to the centre of Wadebridge and famous Camel Trail. We are in a private lane, with off-road parking. A very comfortable space with a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom with a luxury walk-in shower. Your own balcony facing S.W. Leather sofa to watch Smart tv with Netflix/Amazon Prime included that you can watch from the sofa or spin to watch in bed. Kitchen area, toaster, kettle, fridge, microwave and cafetiere.

Linden Lea boasts a spacious kitchen with large dining table and a comfortable lounge, a perfect place for a get together with family and friends. The sliding doors off the kitchen lead on to a decked balcony with comfortable seating and a fire pit. The large, lawned garden with stream is perfect for children and dogs to play and explore.

Located adjacent to a stream, Birdsong is a place to connect with nature. Across the stream is a flood plain and view towards woods which attract an abundance of birdlife. Steps at the edge of our garden lead down to Birdsong & a secluded courtyard with fire pit. It truly is the perfect escape from it all which seems hard to believe when, only a stroll away, you’ll find grocery shops, restaurants, pubs and ever popular Camel Trail and bike hire to cycle to Padstow or inland.

Contemporary getaway in Wadebridge w/parking

The Lugger is a stunning property completed in 2023. Situated up a private bumpy lane, once through the gates you will be free from the hustle and bustle and a lovely quiet space awaits you with off road parking and a sunny patio. It is located at the bottom of our garden, but has separate pedestrian and vehicular access. Only a 5 minute walk into Wadebridge and Camel Trail, the town boasts some lovely independent shops, restaurants, bars and bike hire.

Our luxury glamping pod is set in our own back garden overlooking the beautiful Camel Valley. We are two minutes from the famous Camel trail, perfect for cyclists and walkers. You can walk to the Renowned Camel Valley vineyard and a lovely pub along the trail,or cycle to the famous harbour town of Padstow.Guests can make use of the honesty bar & Hot tub for a small extra cost. We can provide a breakfast /hamper/cream tea at a small extra cost.
