Come relax in this beautiful lakefront home, fully renovated in 2025. A lawn leads to 110 feet of private lake access with a dock on Beaver Dam Lake. Fire pit with seating and complimentary firewood to enhance your outdoor experience. The main living area is open-concept, with the kitchen leading into a dining and living room. The upstairs and downstairs living room has gas fireplace. The home offers five bedrooms, including two with king-sized beds, and accommodates up to 14 guests.

Mayville is about an hour away from Milwaukee to the south, Madison to the southwest and Appleton to the north. It is situated next to the Horicon Marsh.
