This historic building built in 1927 was redesigned in 2012 to include 88 apartments, a fitness center, and a rooftop terrace. This private room is a quaint space that has a king bed, bathroom, desk, tv, internet, mini-fridge, microwave and a SmartLock which will only work with your code during your stay. We are located on 2 peaceful acres in a residential area near the Liberty Way Exit off I-75. In our suite the focus is on cleanliness and functionality. Our sheets, towels & linens are laundered in Free & Clear products. For your comfort and security, the home is equipped with a Whole House Generator & Security Cameras on the outside.

Eudora-Private apartment on secluded wooded lot

Fully Private Studio basement apartment. Private entrance. Beautiful 1 acre yard with lots of trees, and a small creek. Wonderful place for birdwatching! The apartment is fully private, with a separate entrance but is attached to my personal residence. *The floor mattress is only appropriate for 5'2" and below. *The stairs to access the apartment are steep and may present problems for those with mobility issues. Long term stays on a case by case basis.

The Wayside

This listing is a suite with a living room, kitchenette, bathroom and bedroom. The living area also has a sleeper sofa for additional sleepers. It has a separate entrance, private parking, and an outside patio area with accessibility to a hot tub, beautiful yard with playground, and close to the Greene shopping area . In the refrigerator will be water along with coffee, tea and a few snacks. Whole house generator installed- no fear of power loss.

Simple, homey, private space on the second floor of my 100 y/o home. Bellevue offers the simple pleasures of a small town (shops, restaurants, both beer and bourbon brewery) with the convenience of Cincinnati in walking distance: 2 miles to Great American Ball Park, a bit more to PayCor and TQL Stadiums, Cincy concert and OTR. 1 mile to Newport Levee, Aquarium and the new concert venue. Six miles to Riverbend. And there's a backyard city view.
