Located near the highest village in Britain, Flash, in the beautiful Peak District National Park, 1540 above sea level, in the winter we do get some snow, the Hay Loft has been designed to create a great base for exploring the countryside. On it’s doorstep are; Dragon’s Back Ridge, Chrome Hill, Axe Edge Moor and Buxton. We are only 30 minutes from Mam Tor, Bakewell and Chatsworth House. Curlews fly around the farm. Within a mile is Flash Bar Stores serving breakfast, lunch, cakes and groceries.

Great views but please bare in mind it is 80 steps to get the the front door, Centrally located so all that Buxton has to offer is a short walk away. Electric Fire, Smart TV, Arcade machine with 60 retro games (including Pac-Man,space invaders, donkey kong) and Wifi make for those chilled cosy nights!

If the second bedroom is required, please book for 3 guests as this covers the additional cleaning costs.

Brooklands Annex is situated in an Art's and Craft's Edwardian residence. The apartment is self contained and comes with private off road parking. Brooklands is situated 5 minutes walk from the Pavillion Gardens and a pleasant 10 minute walk from the town centre, along the Victorian Broadwalk. Buxton Spa Town offers a fantastic base for exploring the Peak District, with it's surrounding villages and attractions.
