Alenka was super-friendly, helpful and understanding. We can really recommend staying at this apartment house if you want to live as close to the sea as possible in Izola. Mornings and evenings were really calm, throughout the day it got quite crowded. Bars are nearby to relax and get food, music was okay for us. Downstairs lives another family member, very friendly and easy to talk to. Thank you!

Die Wohnung war super nah an der Altstadt und man hatte alles was man braucht. Sehr sauber und einen Parkplatz gibt es auch vor der Tür. Wenn man einen schönen Strand sucht, muss man ein Stück fahren aber ansonsten alles top.

Wir hatten ein tolle Zeit. Die Unterkunft liegt in der Nähe von wunderschönen Stränden. Mit dem Bus ist man schnell im Stadtzentrum von Pula. Zu Fuß dauert es ca 40 min. Die Unterkunft ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Es gibt eine gut ausgestattete Küche. Zur Unterkunft gehört eine Terasse mit Meerblick. Benarda ist eine sehr herzliche Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt und würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Igor was a great host! He was so friendly and super flexible. We had a splendid time in the apartment and wonderful garden!

Мы еще обязательно остановимся у Патриции - все было хорошо обставлено, чисто, наполнено полезными бытовыми принадлежностями. Ничего лишнего в квартире не было - удобная двуспальная кровать, диван, даже вид на море с балкона. Было удобно жить, готовить еду. Патриция посоветовала отличные места для посещения, всегда была на связи и отвечала на любые вопросы, хотя их почти и не было. Море было совсем рядом, с отличным сосновым парком, кафе, теннисными кортами и большим торговым центрам, где можно найти все в 7 минутах. Кого-либо может смутить близлежащее старинное кладбище, но его совсем не видно из окон и если бы я не смотрела карту, я бы и не подозревала о нем:)) Мы отлично провели время! Всем советуем Патрицию и ее замечательную квартиру🤍

Vanja’s place is such a gem! Situated on a quiet street with a gorgeous view of Rovinj by the shimmering sea. Yet walkable which we enjoyed. The apartment is modern inside with all the comforts we need. The free parking really allowed us to enjoy. Vanja’s always responsive and easy to communicate whenever we need help. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Rovinj gem!

Andrea's place was great & he is a lovely host with great communication all throughout the stay. So close to such a lovely beach, and an enjoyable spot to sit on the balcony! Super clean, with easy parking. Perfect spot to be in Pula!

Sehr saubere und zweckmäßig eingerichtete Wohnung. Zu Fuss kommt man in gut 15 Minuten in den Hafen oder in 10 in die schöne Altstadt. Wenn man sich den An/- und Abstieg sparen will (ist steil!) kann man auch mit dem Fahrrad über den nahegelegenen Campingplatz fahren und ist dann quasi fast eben an der Promenade. Wohnung liegt an der Durchgangsstrasse, Fenster machen aber sehr gut dicht. war insgesamt perfekt für uns (2 Nächte) kommen gerne wieder.

Boba was an incredibly kind and accommodating host. She anticipated our every wish and was helpful in every situation. Everything was simply great. The location, the atmosphere, the sunsets and the sea! It was a wonderful, uncomplicated holiday. Thank you very much, dear Boba! ♥️

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt, das Haus mit Pool war wunderschön. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett, haben sich regelmäßig erkundigt ob alles okay ist. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Man hat mehrere Ausflugsziele in nicht allzu weiter Entfernung/ mit dem Auto in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen

This was the most magical place we have ever stayed! We loved being able to swim and paddle board right off the front deck, and the home is centrally located so you can walk to all of the best restaurants (although the space is so pretty you might just want to stay home and cook every night). The kitchen is well stocked and the spaces are cozy and thoughtfully appointed! I will say that the ceiling in the upstairs master bedroom is really low. I’m 5’4” and I hit my head multiple times, and my tall husband definitely struggled getting around. There are also a lot of stairs so this isn’t somewhere to stay if you are daunted by 4 flights of stairs multiple times per day. We didn’t mind either of these things because the house is so special and it just kind of comes with the territory, but it’s something to keep in mind. Overall a wonderful stay. Thanks Andreas!

Wir waren bereits zum dritten Mal bei Lana zu Gast. Es hat uns wie immer super gefallen. Die Unterkunft ist geräumig, sehr sauber, mit allen ausgestattet und befindet sich in einer super Lage. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit der Gastgeber, die einfache Kommunikation und Hilfsbereitschaft. Tolle Unterkunft und klare Weiterempfehlung unsererseits.

La maison est très belle, avec une belle vue sur la mer. Andreja est très réactive et de bons conseils.

Natasa heeft ontzettend veel moeite gedaan om ons verblijf zo fijn als mogelijk te maken. Het verblijf was goed schoon en er werden diensten aangeboden die niet vanzelfsprekend zijn voor een accommodatie. Het zwembad en de jacuzzi werden dagelijks schoongemaakt en baddoeken werden (op aanvraag) schoon aangeboden. Bij aankomst werden wij onthaald met lokale wijnen en taartjes en gedurende het verblijf kregen wij nog lekkers aangeboden door Natasa. Kortom heeft ze er alles aan gedaan om ons een top vakantie te bezorgen.

Nenas Haus ist fantastisch. Die Lage Mitten im kleinen, pittoresken Zentrum von Fazana, die Gestaltung und Aufteilung der Räume, die Ausstattung der Küche, der kleine geschützte Hof hinterm und die Terrasse vorm Haus - alles einfach sensationell! Wir waren 9 Personen (3 Generationen) und hatten genug Platz zum Schlafen, Waschen (3 Bäder/WCs), Kochen, Spielen, Essen. Da es noch kühler war, konnten wir die Klimaanlagen in den oberen Stockwerken und den kuscheligen Holzofen im Erdgeschoss nutzen. Es war gemütlich und romantisch Vom Haus ist man zu Fuß in 1-2 Minuten am kleinen Hafen mit Restaurants, zwei Cafés und einer Bar (vielleicht im Sommer mehr) und der Anlegestelle zur Insel Brijuni. 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß gibt es viele schöne unterschiedliche Bademöglichkeiten: Kies, Stein oder Beton. Stege und 2 barrierefreie Zugänge. Nenad war zu dieser Zeit nicht da. Aber Milan hat uns freundlich empfangen, perfekt betreut und uns sogar Holz für den Ofen organisiert. Danke, jederzeit wieder.

Siamo stati ospiti di Boris 3 giorni; la sua casa è davvero molto graziosa e allegra, accessoriata con quello che serve, piena di luce e con una finestra sul mare meravigliosa! La posizione è molto comoda, mercato per la spesa praticamente sotto casa, ristoranti e vari negozi nei dintorni. Boris è stato un host molto gentile! Torneremo sicuramente ❤️

Andrej was a very responsive host. The place was in a great location, very walkable as the whole city is carless so you have to leave your car just outside the city center (make sure to download the easy park app). The layout of the room created plenty of space with the bed as a loft. The skylight makes it light during the day but also in the early morning (I slept with an eye mask). It is quiet given how central it is and Andrej gave us lots of information on things to do and see. Note for Americans-second floor is the top floor ;)

Tolle & vorallem sehr saubere Unterkunft. Das Meer und Restaurants waren zu Fuß erreichbar. Parkplatz vorhanden, finde ich wichtig wenn man mit dem Auto anreist. Wir hatten zwei Hunde dabei & es war kein Problem, im Gegenteil Danilo war sehr freundlich. Auch Triest für einen Tagesausflug ist schnell zu erreichen. Würde die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall jedem empfehlen!

Very clean ans spacious flat with easy access to local beach. Second floor but stairs not steep. Feels like home. Large balcony with parasol table and chairs so perfect for morning breakfast or even lunch with a sea view. Very easy access to Pula city center as well as easy transit to north of Istria. Hosts are very friendly and responsive. Highly recommended for families. We’ve enjoyed every minute of being there. Overall very good experience - thank you!

Die Wohnung war bei Ankunft in einem super Zustand und sehr sauber, die beste Lage in Porec !!! Gastgeberin sehr sympathisch und freundlich, hilft bei allem und ist immer sofort erreichbar..vielen herzlichen dank für alles :)!

Dezi ist weine wunderbare Gastgeberin. Freundlich, hilfsbereit. Hat uns viele Tips gegeben. Alles blitzeblank. Wunderbar gelegene Apartment. Alles kein 5 Minuten entfernt, wie zB Meer, Geschäfte, Markt, Restaurants,… Ich kann es von ganzem Herzen empfehlen. Danke für die schöne Zeit.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole in questo appartamento che ha superato le nostre aspettative. L’alloggio era impeccabile: pulitissimo e ordinato, curato in ogni dettaglio. Non mancava davvero nulla — dalla macchina del caffè al tostapane, dalla lavastoviglie agli altri piccoli elettrodomestici che rendono tutto più comodo e funzionale. Ma il vero punto forte è stata la vista: affacciarsi ogni mattina sul porticciolo turistico è stato semplicemente meraviglioso, uno spettacolo rilassante e suggestivo che ha reso la nostra permanenza ancora più speciale. Un grazie di cuore ad Annalisa e Sandro per la loro accoglienza, disponibilità e gentilezza. Ci siamo sentiti davvero a casa e speriamo di poter tornare presto!
