Simple, but elegant. Loved the privacy and the beautiful landscaping. The outdoor lights come on and off automatically, which was so nice. Right outside the 4 season’s gates, felt very safe. Violas, right before the beach was a great place to eat and grab a drink. Beach is only 5 minutes and it was great to get a walk in, nice sidewalks. You won’t be disappointed with this property! All the extras were so helpful, very nice touch. Thank you for having us, I’ve already recommended it!

An amazing stay in such a beautiful property and location! Meticulously clean, very tastefully furnished and with all the facilities you need. The breath-taking views added to our perfect stay. I had an incredible stay at Keishas luxurious bnb She was so welcoming and made sure everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful island vibe. The location was great close to the beach and local attractions. I especially loved the peaceful atmosphere and the little personal touches that made the stay feel special. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing get away.

The view was amazing! Chandra was extremely responsive, helpful, and attentive. We had an amazing stay and we will definitely stay again.

TL/DR:Awesome place. Not convenient to anything but that is exactly the point. Highly recommend Chef Everton Smith - book well in advance Pro: chill, quiet, clean, safe, relaxing, private, no nightclubs/late night bars, no yelling or screaming, beach front, good kitchen, purified water tap, good water pressure, ample hot water, good internet speed, satellite tv, host arranged transportation to and from airport Cons: all bedrooms on upper floors, no black out curtains in any bedroom, bed rooms are stuffy with A/C so must open doors to hallways, bathrooms stay damp, no bug screens - can’t keep outside doors open w/o having flies, narrow stairs with only partial rails, nearby restaurant just above average, everything in the Bahamas is pricy, limited activities, expensive clubhouse/pool pass must be purchased for a 3 day minimum and for all occupants (even those that can not utilize the pool), 45-60 min from the airport and 30 min to town by taxi.

This was the perfect and convenient set up for our 3 couples spending the night before getting on our Moorings boat. The flat is well appointed with a master with a king and en-suite and 2 smaller queen bedrooms with separate adjacent facilities. The flat is literally 100 steps away from the Moorings base and only a few minutes walk from a lovely beach and bar & restaurant (Pink Octopus). The gated community felt very safe and well managed. The host is super responsive and very helpful. Thanks for having us!

5 Stars – Absolutely Exceptional Stay! Everything about my stay was truly amazing! The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and exactly as described—if not better. What really made this experience outstanding was the host. She went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, including arranging a ride for my excursion and even to the airport. I also requested an early check-in, and she was more than accommodating. Her hospitality and attention to detail made me feel right at home. If I could give more than 5 stars or a score higher than 10/10, I absolutely would. Thank you so much for everything—you made my trip unforgettable!

This was a great location for me, my wife, and our two boys (ages 5 and 7). Vernette was incredibly helpful with any questions we had and went above and beyond by providing us with complimentary food, snacks, and drinks—very kind and generous Her property is in a quiet, safe neighborhood with keypad-gated entry. We rented a car for the trip, and the location made it super easy to get to Paradise Island, all the beaches, and downtown Nassau. The large private pool was perfect for our 5-year-old, who's still learning to swim—one side is shallow enough for him to feel safe (and after a week, he was almost a pro!). The deeper end was a hit with our 7-year-old, who loved showing off with jumps and dives. We took full advantage of the kitchen and outdoor grill—it was great to be able to cook and enjoy some meals at home. I'd highly recommend Vernette's house if you're planning an extended stay in Nassau and are looking for something quieter and more private than the big island resorts

Brought our family of 4 here for spring break adventure and wow! This house had everything and more. Gorgeous views from every window, comfy beds, awesome sound system, fully stocked kitchen and they even provided some snacks and beverages in the fridge. Great location to explore the area and keep you outta the cruise dock chaos. Def recommend renting a car to explore the area and I highly recommend you go to Jaws beach You won’t be disappointed, it is stunning and way less crowded than Cable beach. They have a lot of water toys and a washer/dryer too. We will miss drinking our morning coffee outside with the views.

Great location and affordable price.

What a wonderful stay we had at Maggie’s beautiful home. It was exactly as the pictures and ideal for our family’s needs. We felt right at home immediately. The whole place was very clean and had lots of extra items included for us to use, toilet rolls, kitchen roll, washing liquid etc, makes a really lovely extra touch for guests. We were looking for a place to stay near our friends and Palm Cay location was excellent for that. The placing of beach towels to use was brilliant also. We loved our stay at Maggie’s place and 100% would stay again in the future. A really lovely home in a stunning location. The beach and pool being only a minute or two’s walk away was brilliant and truly breathtaking. We’d never tire of how beautiful the Bahamas 🇧🇸 are. Thank you for providing a beautiful home from home in the sunshine.

I can't say enough good things about this rental. From the lovely woman, Barbara, who picked us up at the airport and helped get us settled, to the amazing location. The home was plenty spacious for our family of 5. The condo was in great condition and they had plenty of towels, linens, and extras such as paddle boards and floaties for the pools. The property was amazing. There are two swimming pools, a small dock, a seating area right on the water and a small beach. We never had issues finding chairs to sit on by the water and all the other guests at the property were extremely nice. We will definitely be staying there again!

It was my pleasure staying at coral cove , Mr Dominic made sure everything was good ,always actively attentive, we enjoyed our stay and we will be back shortly , coral cove felt like home ,peaceful & relaxing from the grand entrance to the rooms was top tier my kids definitely loved it and enjoyed their stay too , sorry to say mr Dominic we had a blast 💥 thank you 🙏

We had a wonderful stay at Spencer’s place. The property is beautiful, peaceful and the air bnb is super clean, confortable & spacious. The pool area is very pleasant. The location of the Airbnb made it so that we relied on taxis since we didn’t rent a car. We did walk to get to nearby places (ex.: nearest beach, supermarket, cafe). Over all, we had a lovely stay.

We had an excellent stay at this Airbnb. The husband and wife hosts were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. They were attentive to our needs and responsive to ensure our family was comfortable. The space was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We spent Christmas in the Bahamas at Juanita’s place. Great location close to the airport and short drive to downtown and Paradise island Lots of restaurants and grocery store around The beach was a short walk away Bahamar resort was also a walk away The home and amenities were very comfortable We overall enjoyed our stay here Juanita was also very helpful with getting us numbers for cabs since the rental company did not have our reserved car

My Stay Was Extremely Great Myself As Well As My friends Enjoyed The Spot. Super quite clean and spacious looks exactly as shown in the pics . Towels , blankets, rags very accessible . Love the backyard parking and porch space. 5 Star ! ⭐️

Fantastic place to stay! Had not a single complaint. The house was better than advertised. Extremely clean. Those that were responsible for responding with management issues were amazing plus, it’s in the Bahamas, so it’s tough to beat the location! I have rented from this group previously, and would expect to do so in the future.

Since we were landing on Xmas Day, couldn’t get a rental car until the next day, and weren’t sure whether any restaurants would be open nearby, Faynell graciously volunteered to hit the supermarket on our behalf before we arrived. What more do you need to know about her hospitality? House is nice, neighborhood quiet but about a 5-15 minute drive from most of what you’d want to do. You will want a rental car!

Great stay. The house comes with everything you need for a great time and more. We took advantage of the kayak, paddle board and snorkeling equipment. It was great to be able to snorkel right from the house. We also spent tons of time in the pool. Parking on site was great as we rented a car, everything was within a 15-20 minute drive. Hoping to make it back again!

Super fun to stay here we had a great time swimming around the local reefs and a great experience fishing off the dock and it was overall a great experience the beds where very good with adjusting features it’s was very good :)
