La parter beneficiati de un living comun cu semineu, bucatarie deschisa, o baie cu dus si o terasa acoperita, linistita, utilizate si de ceilalti oaspeti. La mansarda este disponibila o baie cu cada si dus, disponibila exclusiv pentru cele 3 dormitoare.

Acest apartament reprezintă un punct de plecare excelent pentru explorarea orașului, situându-se în apropierea centrului.
