We had a wonderful stay in this house. Our family of five stayed upstairs and grandma could comfortably come dine with us then retreat to her own apartment downstairs. The kids loved having the beach just a stone's throw away and the fact that you can walk into town via the old train line is really great. We had everything we needed to dine in, though one of the best restaurants we ate at during our stay was a local recommendation that Michela made. We used the house as a base to drive around the island looking for secret beaches and exploring the surrounding towns then would return in the evening to drink wine in the secluded garden. It is really a great property!

Pour nous dépayser le temps de quelques jours, ce Airbnb était parfait. La villa est magnifique, la vue incroyable, et l'ile paradisiaque. Fabrizio nous a envoyé un lot d'instructions claires par message lors de la réservation, qui ont été très utiles. Stefano a su nous aider a chaque fois que nous lui avons demandé. Merci a lui pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. Dans ce Airbnb, tout est pensé pour qu'on ai juste a poser nos bagages et profiter. On vous récupère au ferry en début de séjour, et on vous y remmene en fin de séjour. Vous avez un véhicule prêté sur place. Il y a tout le linge nécessaire. L'île est vraiment belle, avec des plages de sable blanc, un escalier taillé dans la roche qui mène jusqu'à l'eau (au phare), des petits villages pleins de charmes, et des sentiers de randonnées très sympas ! La villa est d'ailleurs au départ d'un sentier. Nous vous conseillons de réserver une soirée pour aller voir le coucher de soleil a Campese, en terrasse ou sur la plage.

Poggio al Vento is absolutely stunning. The accommodation is set within a working vineyard and olive farm on the Tuscan hillside. It doesn’t get more picturesque than that! The accommodation has everything you’d need to be self-sustainable, while keeping the Tuscan feel (beams, tiled floor etc). Roberto is an excellent host - he made us feel part of the family from the moment we arrived. Nothing was too much trouble. We’d highly recommend a vineyard tour and tasting - great value and the perfect insight into how his wine is produced. Short journeys to Pienza, Montalcino & Montepulciano, among others, will keep you busy in the day, then settle down to a bottle of wine, overlooking the vines it came from - heaven!

Ci siamo trovati davvero bene in una casa confortevole e a due passi da Albus Alpacas !

Scelta per visitare la vicina città di Grosseto, è stata una piacevole sorpresa. La struttura è accogliente, pulita e perfetta per godere al meglio della vicinissima spiaggia di Marina di Grosseto. Check-in facile con il disponibile Raffaele. Parcheggio nel palazzo comodo soprattutto nel periodo di alta stagione.

Susanna ci ha riservato una eccellente accoglienza. La casa immersa nella natura è bellissima e provvista di tutto il necessario per sentirsi a proprio agio. Il giardino ampio e recintato è perfetto per gli amici a quattro zampe che possono giocare liberi e senza preoccupazioni. La zona tranquilla e riparata dal traffico concede agli ospiti il giusto relax. Il centro è a meno di 5 minuti di macchina oppure si può raggiungere a piedi facendo una bella passeggiata nel verde della Maremma. I servizi - quali supermercati e locali - sono anch’essi a meno di 5 minuti. Eccellente.

Bell'agriturismo in una posizione tranquilla e molto comoda per raggiungere facilmente i punti di interesse della zona, abbiamo girato per la Val D'Orcia soggiornando qui e ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene, come a casa. Paolo e la sua compagna gentilissimi, super disponibili e sempre al lavoro per garantire il massimo ordine e pulizia della struttura. Consigliatissimo.

Studio charmant sur les hauteurs du village (5mn à pied du port et des commerces) avec une terrasse très agréable qui donne sur la mer. Literie propre et confortable, kitchenette bien équipée avec le nécessaire pour faire de la cuisine simple. Surtout très bon accueil (merci encore pour le prosecco!) et échanges faciles. Parfait pour découvrir l'île, ses sentiers de randonnée et ses criques.

Siamo stati una settimana ospiti di Tiziana ad agosto. Il soggiorno è andato benissimo. La casa è dotata di tutto ciò che può servire, il giardino è molto carino e la terrazza si piò sfruttare molto bene mangiando fuori praticamente sempre. La posizione della casa a mio parere è perfetta perchè permette di stare fuori dalla calca ma allo stesso tempo di raggiungere comodamente spiagge e paesi con pochi minuti di macchina. Concludo dicendo che Tiziana è stata un' ottima host, sempre disponibile per qualsiasi necessità o richiesta di informazioni.
