This place is very well located. Very near establishments but still peaceful. The place is spacious enough to have activities and play simple sports or games. The internet connection is reliable and fast enough. The TVs are well equipped. The Aircons are cold, heaters warm. I just hoped they had better blankets? 😂 Will definitely recommend and comeback. 👌🏼

Our stay was fantastic! The cozy, impeccably clean house was nestled in a serene location, perfect for unwinding. Really homey, quiet and nice neighborhood. Just a little bit far from the main gate if you’re commuting. Shouldn’t be a problem if you have your own car. Clean and spotless, you have everything you need. Lovely caretakers as well.

Over all, our Christmas Eve celebration has been splendid. The place is spacious enough for our family. Kitchen utensils are perfect for my mom’s cooking. We were also able to decorate the living area for our family photos. It felt home for us. —- The location is very peaceful and the scenery is amazing! —- Although, it rained during our stay and it would have been perfect time for the jacuzzi. However, the heater is no longer working. Nonetheless, it was an excellent overnight stay for me and my family. Thank you!

Our stay at Elena’s place was beyond what we had in mind! I had booked the same day and Elena was very quick to respond. My questions were answered to the point and there were no misunderstandings whatsoever. When we arrived at the place, Kuya Robin was very accommodating and welcoming to the place. He made it clear that he was just next door if we had any questions or worries, which gave us a peace of mind. Overall, I would recommend this beautiful place to anyone! Small or large gatherings, you will surely find this place one of a kind.

Thank you for being a great host and for welcoming us in the farm. The farm was everything that we’re expecting and more. Special mention to the three welcoming gentlemen (Amiel, Ilong, and manong whose name I forgot to ask) who were all very approachable and kind to assist us when we needed help. The house that we stayed in was very lovely and just right for us. My family enjoyed our peace and quiet stay that we found at the farm, especially my mom who celebrated her 63rd birthday over the weekend. Very nice place!! The hosts are very friendly and tentative. They helped out my family on everything they needed and were very helpful. Awesome place to rent if you have a big party/family.

The rooms are very clean and well designed. They have kitchen, swimming pool, karaoke and other useful amenities. The location is 10 minutes away from Bag of Beans Main Branch.

Robert was very quick to respond to my queries. Upon check-in, the staff were very courteous. They assisted us every step of the way. The manager on the other hand was also gracious when it came to our requests. The place was big, and the pool and rooms are exactly what you see in the picture. The place itself is picturesque and it’s advisable for big groups/family outings. I had a great birthday celebration/surprise engagement party here! Will never forget this awesome experience at Montvida. ♥️

Amazing place to spend quality time with your loved ones and furbabies. Everything that you need for your furbabies are available in the resort, they even have obstacle courses for dogs! It really is a pet haven! Lots of things to do - swimming, karaoke, board games and Netflix. I would highly recommend this place to my friends who would like to have staycation with their furbabies.

Had an amazing stay at the villa. The team was very accommodating, friendly, and responsive. They communicated very well and made time to make sure everything was smooth and taken care of.

The house is big and cozy — perfect for a group getaway. However, the place could use better maintenance. Some of the lights near the pool weren't working, so it was a bit dark at night. Water supply was also a bit unstable at times. There were quite a lot of mosquitoes, but they did provide katol and Off lotion which helped. On the bright side, the caretakers were very accommodating and kind. They even cleaned up some of the mess we made from the night before right away (sorry po). With a few improvements, this place could be even better.

Place is not difficult to find, as place is along the highway and near a place that can be Wazed. Resort has ample parking space, able to accommodate 4-5 vehicles; place is secured and community is peaceful. Stores/mini-markets are easily accessible within few meters should you need to buy food, cooking ingredients or other stuff. Guesthouse is very pleasant and spacious, with 2 fully air-conditioned (cool) rooms and 1 spare room. We specifically liked the living/dining area, with a large dining table and couches around for gathering. The place has a fully functioning kitchen with cooking utensils and dinnerware for use. Pool is spacious and shaded, areas around the pool is also nice and cozy filled with plants. Resort has several showers/t&b, which we really appreciate before check-out. Overall experience has been great! Can confidently say that the host is "hindi madamot" (not selfish/not stingy), very nice and responsive to our queries. Resort is real value-for-money.

Host are very accomodating from the date we booked until the day we checked out. The place was very peaceful and beautiful. We had a great time and you can really relax in the location becuase it it very quiet and private. The staffs are very accommodating and kind.

One of the best places to stay in Calamba. My family enjoyed the place. It was spacious and the rooms were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool is big and the water is warm. Really warm which is good for muscle tension. The whole place felt like home. The caretaker, Kuya Richard is very friendly and accommodating. He’s very easy to contact. The place has a sort of doorbell that alerts the caretaker’s place. The host, Mr. Michael, is very responsive. He gave us clear instructions on how to get to the place and he answered my questions promptly. Overall it was a relaxing staycation. Will definitely come back.

It's my first time to rent this location and it was as expected Perfect just as the other property that they have. Gerald was always pleasant and response promptly everytime we ask him about certain things we need in the property. Property is clean, kitchen was a good size to cook and entertain, bathrooms are clean, AC for the whole house, Swimming pool for a good walk and exercise or to deep when weather is hot.Thank you Eisen and Cyril for letting us stay on your property.

The place was super perfect. The owner adheres with the proper fire safety as i notice there are fire exits and exit signs and also fire extinguisher inside the house. The owner also makes sure that the renter understands the rules of the place to prevent accidents. The place is well maintained and the caretaker really checks the needs of the clients. The owner makes sure that the client wont have any problems from needs to deliveries and even places to go to if we want to go out. 1 of the best places we stayed in. Will really go back soon 😊
