This place is truly perfect if your looking for lots of space for your family or friends to have their own areas, let alone the views to be enjoyed from any seat in the living areas. The kitchen was large enough for multiple cooks to be in there at once. The outdoor area, which could be enclosed or open, was perfect as we had a mixture of weather during our stay. There is not much choice in Elliott Heads but we knew that and catered accordingly. Coffee was really good up at Driftwood Kiosk. We would bring our bikes next time as the family are keen to return.

If you are looking for a getaway The Nest is your destination. My family of four and two Aussie Shepherds needed a peaceful time out and Sonya's home was all that and more. We all had a quiet place to be alone and there were both indoor and outdoor spaces for family games. A walk to the beach each morning was minutes from the door steps and the dogs were up at 6:00 am each morning wanting to get out on the sand for a run through the water. The time Sonya has spent on the house speaks volumes. Her attention to detail from the furniture to the lighting to the towel hangers (my son was able to write our names in chalk) shows how much she loves The Nest. I, too, have fallen in love with The Nest. We have been to many airbnbs and this is by far my favourite. Since moving to Queensland, a Queenslander has been my dream and Sonya's house cinched the deal for my next home. We will be returning. Thank you to Susan, as well...An absolute gem.

Great experience staying at Mel’s. The place was clean, funky and close to shops, restaurants and beach.

We had a truly lovely stay at Karin’s cabin. The place was peaceful, beautifully set in nature, and gave us the rare chance to enjoy a sky full of stars at night – something we haven’t seen in a long time. The little touches like the breakfast provisions and the lights left on for our arrival made us feel so welcomed and cared for. Our dog loved the space too (maybe a little too much excitement at times!), and we really appreciated how pet-friendly the place was. This cabin is a perfect little retreat, and we’re already planning to come back with our family to share this peaceful getaway. Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax and reconnect with nature.

Chloe’s place was lovely and clean, spacious, and in a very calm area. We really enjoyed the bottle of wine she left for us. Her place is close to everything, and the beds are comfortable. My friends and I spent a really great and relaxing weekend there.

Pam’s place was fantastic. We had everything we needed and more. Kitchen was extremely well equipped and Pam supplied us with an outstanding food start up package. A birthday cake was even supplied. We would definitely stay here again. Very comfortable and plenty of room. We could not have asked for anything better.

Lovely stay in Daniel’s place, was exactly as described and matched all the pictures. Would recommend
