The Mill

Grade II listed former brewery mill with a southfacing private courtyard garden. Rate is for 3 rooms - two doubles and a single (5 guests) - not all four rooms (up to 7). Please contact us if you would also like to book the master room with ensuite and we will confirm a rate. NB: This bathroom is shared by the 3 rooms not ensuite, shower is over the bath. This newly renovated ground floor one bedroom annexe is situated in the heart of the National Forest on Moira Road in Shellbrook, a hamlet within the area of Ashby-de-la-Zouch, Leicestershire. With country walks on the doorstep and only a 20-minute walk into the old market town of Ashby, provides an idyllic place for walkers, cyclists, and business travellers. Nearby amenities include Hicks Lodge (National Cycle Centre), Conkers, Ashby Castle, Charnwood Forest Alpacas and Calke Abbey are a few!

Charming cosy character cottage tastefully renovated and opened to our first guests in March 2018. Located within a 2 minute walk from the centre of Melbourne, a beautiful georgian market town with a fabulous selection of pubs, restaurants & shops. It has an open plan kitchen, living room with log burner, 2 bedrooms (1 with a king size bed and 1 with a double bed) and a shower room (no bath). Outside there is a shared backyard and to the front of the property there is a shared picnic area.

It is within two minutes' walk of the essential facilities of Melbourne, and only five minutes walk away from the surrounding countryside. The house is spacious, warm and sunny, and opens onto its own attractive and private rear garden. Melbourne is a vibrant little town with plenty of history and culture, offering lots to see and do in the area, and in good walking country.

Huckleberry cottage Ingleby is a quiet hamlet nestled in the south Derbyshire countryside. Ticknall is just 2miles away, with beautiful walks through National Trust Calke Abbey and Anchor Church caves which is just a stones throw away. The cottage is self contained, with new facilities and open plan living. The stone walls, oak beams and vaulted ceiling with 3 sky light windows create a light spacious feeling.On evenings to enjoy being cosy, there is a electric log burner while you relax.

Situated in the heart of the National Forest within a 10 acre boundary. The Duckhouse is a self contained building ( think large caravan size )within the large garden. The Duckhouse is small but has everything that is required for a short break. There is immediate access to amazing countryside and this lends itself to guests wishing to enjoy a quiet walking break. We are nestled in the garden of Poplars Farm House located in Stanton-by-Bridge in the Trent River valley. The accommodation is built on the site of the old dairy and other homes around us are also former farmyard buildings. The apartment is self-contained in a quiet, cosy location. The new facilities are perfectly suited for singles or couples looking for a quiet retreat.
