Kurt’s place is amazing, filled with character and unique details, we enjoyed every moment! It felt like we were living in a castle 😄 The town of Denice is very quiet and cozy. Highly recommend not to be afraid to talk to neighbors (we did it via google translate) and learn more about the town history. Take Kurt’s directions about how to get to the house, because some of the roads that google maps are suggesting can be gorgeous but very narrow. We recommend to also explore surrounding villages! The only thing to consider if you’re a light sleeper - there is a bell tower that rings during the day and night. It’s a common thing in small Italian villages, when you get used to it you rarely notice it. Kitchen is a bit small but we managed to fit and make food for 9 people. The pool is perfect, we spent most of our time there. It’s clean, big and the view from it is fantastic! Kurt was responsive, gave us great recommendations and asked if everything was okay for us during our stay ❤️

Four of us had plenty of room and privacy if wanted. Very clean and well maintained. All the amenities were available as described and Holvan and Goulia were very nice and responsive to questions. The metro and bus lines were nearby and easy. Would stay there again.

Wunderschöne Lage, die Terrasse und der Ausblick Celle und das Meer sind grandios. Einzig der Zugang zur Wohnung über die Bluetooth App ist etwas sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig und hat nicht immer funktioniert. Meine Partnerin konnte den elektronischen Schlüssel gar nicht erst auf ihrem Telefon installieren.

Location was perfect. Alberto’s home felt like my own home. Everything was designed beautifully and the home is exceptionally clean. Looks exactly like the photos. Communication with Alberto and Fabio was excellent.

Flaminia is a wonderful host..friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and responded to all our queries immediately . Her apartment is extremely well equipped , spacious and well located. The furnishings are stylish and practical and we felt at home from the outset. It's one of the best airbnb's I've stayed in and hope to stay there again on my next visit to Santa Margherita!

Что касается кухни все полностью оснащено для приятной приготовления еды в домашней обстановки. В квартире чисто и аккуратно, все как на фото. Квартира удобно расположено вблизи всех домтопримечательностей, недалеко от аквариума, прекрасный район для прогулок, с прекрасной атмосферой возле моря, где припаркованы яхты, что создавала особую уютность, там же расположены уличная еды в стиле, как на рынке и рестораны. Особая благодарность хозяину Карлу, очень внимательный всегда был на связи, подсказывал полезную информацию и был очень любезен. Даже после выезда, спустя время обращались за помощью, любезно помог разобраться с маршрутом. Невероятно отзывчивый хозяин и очень хороший человек. Спасибо

Our stay was wonderful! Lothar was such a wonderful host. He was accommodating and made himself available for anything we needed, He even cooked dinner twice for us. The property had many fruit trees and the pool was such an added pleasure with a gorgeous view. For those with mobility issues it is a long walk to town with many stairs to walk up and down. If that is not an issue, don't hesitate to book this stay! You will love it!
