We really enjoyed our stay - the house was nicely decorated with modern touches that still complimented the charm of the house. The primary bedroom was beautiful and we had a great time checking out all the antiques and old books. Patrick was responsive and accommodating.

The host reached out to see what sleeping arrangements needed to be, in order to prepare enough beds. His responses were prompt and we felt right at home. There was a playground within walking distance, that we really enjoyed. The host was very flexible with our family and accepted the request very close to our needed dates. We will definitely stay again if necessary in the future!

Allegheny Street BnB was the perfect selection for our introduction to the Altoona/Hollidaysburg area. Our stay there epitomizes the reasons we prefer bnb experiences when traveling. We especially appreciate opportunities to interact with the hosts and other guests. The hospitality here is genuine and unparalleled. One highlight was an unexpected invitation to a family celebration. Even the free transportation to and from the Amtrak station, provided by Richard, afforded opportunities for enlightening conversation. Jyoti's ability to multi-task while remaining ever gracious and personable is rare. Together, they make a team other hosts could emulate.

Jyoti was a very friendly and considerate host, and she served a delicious and healthy breakfast. We appreciated her flexibility in scheduling breakfast, and the instructions she texted us before our arrival were very helpful.

Beautiful bed and breakfast. The innkeeper Jyoti is an exceptional host and made us feel right at home. She was great with my kids and is an excellent cook. I look forward to staying here again.
