The house features water views from every turn. Outdoor amenities include a generous screened-in porch, a private dock, a sandy beach, a heated salt water pool & a hot tub. There is also a one bedroom apartment on the second floor of the carpenter's barn which sleeps 6 and includes a full bath and kitchenette.

Located 9 miles south of the Bay Bridge, off of Route 8 on Kent Point Road ,this location is convenient for weddings at the Chesapeake Bay Beach Club or Swan Cove. Access to large in-ground pool included.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at our centrally-located place. We are just 2 minutes from bayhealth hospital Milford campus, 10 minutes from DE turf & 20-30 minutes from all beaches. Early check in available upon request for 12:00pm, fee $100. During the summer months we offer our pool for guest use! We welcome families & fur babies! We do have 5 dogs ourself that roam freely in our backyard. The estate also hosts weddings and events for up to 100 guests (event fee additional).

This lovely guest cottage is located on a historic 16 acre waterfront estate on Hudson Creek that includes a main house, barn, pool, dock and pond. Built in the 18th century tidewater style, the guesthouse is charming and well decorated and completely self efficient. A special place for your romantic getaway at any season of the year. Recently cell phone service has improved and is reliable. However, in the country, WiFi internetl can be slow at times as well as the Wifi TV streaming.

Tl;dr: this is a private ground-level guest suite with 3 beds, 2 bedrooms, 1 desk (optional standing desk), 1 kitchen with oven, dishwasher + Nespresso/pour over, 2 tvs, laundry room with washer/dryer, fast wifi, a pool, patio and a forest view. We live on the top floor.
