Great home with great spaces, particularly the top floor with open kitchen/living room with connected deck offering ocean sounds and views. It was a quick walk to the beach as well as Avalon Pier and Awful Arthur's. It was a perfect getaway for a collection of fathers and sons!

We had a great stay! The dock views were incredible, house was clean, beds were super comfortable and kitchen was so tidy, organized and had everything we needed. We loved the ice maker and coffee station. It was a pit stop for us on a family road trip so we really enjoyed the serenity and ease of this stay: host were super responsive and views unbeatable! Great restaurants and visiting the Wright brothers monument and that little hike made for a lovely afternoon and counted as an educational day for the kiddos as well!! They also enjoyed the fooseball table. Definitely hit the Wright Brothers Museum - Fascinating!

This place was a great spot, it was a great neighborhood with lots of restaurants within walks bf distance which was great!! We would book again in a heartbeat!

River Shore had room for the two of us to spread out a little and enjoy the river view. The geese flying overhead and the red birds chirping in the yard gave us many pleasurable moments did walking along the entryway road. Very enjoyable stay.

Ariana’s home was a perfect getaway! Our dog, Bud E, absolutely loved the back yard and how quiet the neighbourhood was. Enough space to get all his puppy zoomies out after a long car ride. The home offered a lot of activities to do in the house and around it. The jacuzzi was the perfect way to end the night after a short walk from the beach. Definitely would recommend to anyone going to the OBX that is bringing their dog.

Gia's place was very much like home, clean, and conveniently located with plenty all around to do. I would most definitely book this place again!

Stayed at Carrie's place with our dog, the yard was so fantastic to have and the neighborhood is very walkable and dog friendly. The rooms were clean and Carrie was responsive, friendly, and very helpful and clear about everything! Really enjoyed it :) Even had a visit from a box turtle one day! It's very centrally located and only a few minutes to the dog park and beach.

We absolutely loved our stay at this wonderful Airbnb! The property was immaculately clean and beautifully maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. The peaceful, quiet location made it easy to relax after busy days exploring OBX. The host truly thought of everything - the kitchen was fully equipped, there were plenty of fresh towels, and all the amenities worked perfectly. Communication with the host was outstanding. They responded immediately to all our questions. We wouldn't hesitate to book here again on our next Outer Banks trip and will definitely recommend this place to friends. Five stars all around!

We had a wonderful time! The weather worked out in our favor and we were able to enjoy the pool and hot tub. The fenced in yard was great for our dogs. The walk to the beach is very easy and quick. We had a great time and hope to be back someday!

Wonderful Home! We really enjoyed are stay here! I loved the open feel on this inside as well as all the balcony’s to go out and listen to the ocean and see the sun come up or look at the stars at night. My favorite part is the spacious backyard with the fire pit! And a big shoutout to Shane for being an exceptional host!

This was a great place to stay for the week. It was clean and had everything one would need to either stay in and relax or spend the day at the beach. Bevin was attentive and very helpful. If (when) we go back to Kitty Hawk, we will definitely look for this home to be available.

Jeff and Sue's place was perfect for us, 8 adults and my elderly dog. It had plenty of rooms, bathrooms, TVs and even a piano! One of the bedrooms is actually a mother-in-law apartment with a small functional kitchen. The bed and the sheets were so comfy! It was all nice and clean. It is located in a low key, quiet residential neighborhood. Our stay was pleasant. Our hosts were very responsive. It was as described and in the pictures. Yes, I would stay there again. Danat was a fantastic host. He was really easy to communicate with and was also flexible allowing us to use the pool and hot tub a week before it usually is opened. The house was beautiful and there was no!shortage of space for the 12 guests we brought. It was also a great location with an easy walk to the beach and great restaurants. Overall, we had a great stay and highly recommend people to visit.

Wonderful stay! The home was absolutely beautiful—thoughtfully designed and incredibly well-appointed. Everything we needed was there, and everything worked perfectly. The soft-close drawers were a surprisingly nice touch! It was spotless and clearly well cared for. The host was fantastic—responsive, welcoming, and made everything seamless. We hope to be back soon!

This beach house became a home away from home for my family. To allow so many of us to gather under one roof and still be extremely comfortable was fantastic! The description was very accurate and had just about everything we needed plus so many thoughtful touches. Highly recommend this gem and definitely considering a return stay!

Beautiful townhouse on an easily accessible street. Nearby tons of activities and a short drive to the beach. We very much appreciated the interior and it was nice to have a spot to sit outside in the beautiful weather. Would stay here again given the opportunity.

We stayed for 4 weeks and everything met our needs. Very quiet and private with a large fenced yard for our dog! The place is clean and comfortable. Perfect for a couple. Frank was very informative and responsive too. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful little cottage for a quick getaway. Beach is short walking distance and less people than public n beaches. the surrounding restaurants are worth it when seeking out fine dining. Recommend the paper canoe. :)

Reese and Cayce were terrific hosts. Their home was exactly what we needed for a relaxing beach getaway. My wife and I brought our bikes and were able to easily ride to a number of local restaurants recommended by the host. Thank you again!

Jason and his neighbors were so nice. The place was as described. It was perfect for my needs. Also was very patient about my dogs barking at some noises and seeing cars and people as they are used to living in the country. Thank goodness they didn’t do it all the time. Comfortable place in a beautiful setting—so much more pleasant than all those cookie cutter apartments in the main parts of the towns. The place was clean and logistics were easy. One downside is that the whole apartment smelled really bad—some sort of way overdone cleaner. Also, I really wish that they did not require you to break the Airbnb terms of service. I was required to share my email address with them in order to get instructions for check-in. That should be done via the app for safety.

Will definitely stay here again! Everything was perfect. Clean and comfortable. Had clean towels, toiletry items, coffee for coffee maker, washer/dryer…everything we needed! We loved having the hot tub right there to use as well. Place looked just like the pictures. Host was very proactive and made sure we knew she was a call or text away if we needed anything. 5 stars all the way around!

If you have the option to book this place DO IT!!! This is one of the nicest places I’ve stayed and is an absolute gem in Virginia Beach. This was the most peaceful and secluded location I have ever seen in this area. You don’t find many places like this one. The bed was super comfortable and the unit was extremely spacious and cozy. I will definitely be looking to stay here again!
