Originally built in 1913 as railroad housing, this home has been completely restored and is ready for your stay. Home has modern features perfect for a couple looking to get away for the weekend or an extended stay. Open living and dinning area with a kitchenet wonderful for dinner parties for two or up to 4 additional dinner guest. Beautiful antique bedroom furniture perfect for your special day. You are welcome to bring your photographfer for photo shoots of you in the Horse Stables and grounds. We can arrange for one of our gorgeous horses to be in the photos or go for a ride.

Newly remodeled Texas Star Cottage located on beautiful acreage only five minutes from Temple, seven minutes from Belton, and fourteen minutes from Salado. The Silos, in Waco, are forty minutes away. Enjoy the covered porch, with large rockers, to take in the views of the pasture At present time we don't have horses but are looking. You have your own privacy gate for security. Check in with no personal contact, private amenities & sanitized cleanings. Three night minimum on all holidays.

We are in the Country, close to Stillhouse Lake, and only a short drive to Cadence Bank Center, Belton, UMHB, Chalk Ridge or Dana Peak Park. Parking including room for a trailer.

Looking for a peaceful escape with character? Welcome to our delightfully weird home. Inside you'll find a balcony, a shingle roof, a forest, giant hands, a chicken, stained glass, a rowing machine, games and room to dance. Outside, you'll find comfortable seating and a country porch and two bench swings. The house is a perfect jumping off point for Austin, Temple, College Station, Granger lake, and Lake Somerville.
