The high-end finishes and design details will make you feel like you are in a luxurious five-star hotel. For your convenience, an umbrella is available in the flat in case of rain during your stay. If you are traveling with a baby and need a crib and high chair for your stay, you can request them in advance. The lighting throughout the apartment has been carefully designed and domotized to create different atmospheres. Fully equipped: sheets, towels, amenities kit in each bathroom, consisting of 2 gel-shampoo dispensers and 2 rolls of toilet paper. In the kitchen you will have at your disposal a welcome kit consisting of: 1 bottle of dishwasher 30ml, 1 scourer, 1 multipurpose cloth and 1 garbage bag. IMPORTANT: FOR REASONS OF HYGIENE, WE DO NOT LEAVE ANY FOOD PRODUCTS: NO OIL, NO SALT, NO VINEGAR, NO SUGAR. NO COFFEE OR TEA EITHER. It also has a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, hair dryer, heating and air conditioning. You will be surrounded by the best haute cuisine restaurants and entertainment options. If you have access to a private vehicle, you will be able to move around the city more flexibly. Keep in mind that the centre of Madrid can have heavy traffic, especially during rush hour, so it is advisable to plan your trips in advance and consider other options if traffic is heavy. From the moment you make your booking and throughout your stay in the accommodation, until the moment you leave, I will be at your disposal to make your stay as pleasant as possible. As an added benefit for our guests, no additional charge will be applied for check-in after this time, offering you greater flexibility in case of a later arrival. We also offer early check-in and late check-out at no extra cost, subject to apartment availability. Please note that in case of lost keys or if keys are left inside the apartment, the cost of locksmith services (€150) will be the responsibility of the guest and must be paid directly to the locksmith. It is important to note that parties and noisy gatherings are strictly prohibited. Violations may lead to fines imposed by the appropriate authorities. Beds and towels will be prepared for the number of people indicated in the reservation. Accommodating more people than specified in the reservation is not allowed. It has one bedroom with double bed, sofa bed, Smart TV, air conditioning and heating. There will be building work taking place between 12 July and 9 August, which may cause some noise; please bear this in mind before making your booking. Living room: Equipped with a sofa bed, Smart TV, air conditioning, ducted heating and a dining area. Includes a washing machine. The apartment has automated blinds, allowing for convenient control of the light entering the room. Kitchen: Very well equipped with microwave oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, coffee maker, refrigerator and basic utensils. Cleaning kit included (dishwasher, scouring pad, dishcloth and bin bag). Bedroom: The flat has a single bedroom with a double bed. This room does not have a television. Bathroom: Shower and complimentary toiletries consisting of 2 shampoo/shower gel dispensers and 2 rolls of toilet paper. Important: Food and condiments are not included. Additional services for families: Finally, a cot and high chair are available on request. We just need you to request them in advance to have them ready for your arrival. When you arrive at the flat, I will meet you in person. If, for any reason, I am unable to do so, I will offer you the option of a self check-in. Check-in after 18:00h and until 21:00h will have an additional charge of 20€ to be paid by the guest at the time of key handover. If due to circumstances beyond our control (flight delays, etc.) you arrive after 23h, I can offer you the option of someone to meet you in person (there is no possibility of self check-in and the check-in must be in person) and in this case, you will have to pay 35 € at the time of delivery of keys. From 01h to 02h, 50 euros. After 02h it is NOT possible to stay in the flat. We offer early check-in and late check-out free of charge, subject to availability in the flat. The master bedroom, with ample wardrobes, features a 150x190 cm double bed. It has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom also has a double bed of the same size. It is located on the first floor of a brand-new building with an elevator. This apartment is not a touristic apartment, so it is not rented for touristic purposes. It is only rented for seasonal rentals for work, studies, etc. The tenant will need to sign a seasonal rental contract, which will be provided before accessing the apartment. This contract will mainly reflect the conditions agreed upon in the reservation, the reason for the rental (it cannot be for vacation or tourist reasons), and the prohibition of subletting and of carrying out works. During your stay you have access to the entire home, so you can enjoy the entire apartment. You can use all the rooms and the fully equipped kitchen to prepare your favorite dishes.
