Our stay in Covington was great with our family. Our kids enjoyed the hottub, ping pong table, views, movies, rooms, etc. A wonderful place outside Cincinnati. Nick was a great communicator as well. We will be back

Easy to find. Great location for what we were in town for. So close to Kings Island (we weren't there for that), so it would be a phenomenal location for any visits there.

Great host, another great property that he owns. Only downside is the time of year, wish it was summer and the pool was open. Otherwise, great place to stay.

Had a great time- worked well for our group, including 7 kids. Plenty of space to hang out/eat and cook in the kitchen, kids loved playing games in the basement. They had everything we needed stocked (towels, linens, kitchen supplies etc.). House was very clean! Would definitely stay again.

Super easy to navigate and great place to just stay away!

As a family of 11, finding a place to stay can be difficult. We were happy to find a place that could accommodate our large family! Our children enjoyed the hot tub outside and games in the basement. I was delighted to find a crockpot to cook one of our meals in while we were visiting the Ark (I had forgotten to bring one)! The beds were comfortable. We are glad we found this house and will recommend it to our friends! Thank you!

This is a beautiful quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The house was perfect for our family vacation. Would definitely stay again!!! Great host!!!

Our family with four adult children stayed at Ben’s. The beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms, clean and stocked. We enjoyed the pool table and the kitchen table for playing cards. It was a very nice visit and would love to stay again.

I rented this place for a group of friends from out of town who had not been together for quite a while. Jordan was very flexible as number of guests changed. He allowed me to add an extra night for 2 guests who were arriving early for a very reasonable rate. He was flexible on check in time. The kitchen and living area are not very big, so even though it sleeps 12 guests, that would be a lot of folks in a small space! The only complaint was that the propane tanks for the fire pit and grill were empty. Jordan apologized for this as he thought the cleaner was going to replace them.

Bertha was a great host. The Gathering was just as described. There were 5 of us adults and we all thoroughly enjoyed. The home was close enough to the Ark Encounter as well as the Creation Museum. Although we would have loved to sit out on the patio, however, it rained the whole time we were there but it was nice to simply look out. While we didn't need to reach out to Bertha, the initial communication until we left was excellent. Bertha had spices and wonderful pots and pans that we enjoyed partaking of for a couple of dinners and breakfast. I'd recommend the Gathering to anyone wishing to visit downtown Cincinnati, the Creation Museum or the Ark Encounter, you won't be disappointed.

Great place to stay. Very clean, and we were provided all the small amenities we needed. Spacious master and living spaces. Within walking distance of any necessities and a cool little town. We drove farther, so we didn't get to enjoy Dayton as much, but the location was central to everything we did want to see and do. The host is courteous and left little instructions and notes to find and operate things in the house. It was thoughtful and helpful. We were a little concerned about the train, but it wasn't noticeable at all from the master. We only heard it when paying close attention and when it honked. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves and would gladly book this rental again.

Daisy was so amazing during my time that I stayed here. She was really responsive with all of my questions and concerns.

Kelly was fantastic. Super responsive any time we had a question. Better amenities than you would find at any hotel. Walked in and it smelled clean, it looked clean. Had coffee/espresso/sodas ready to go which was super nice. Really just a great time in an easy spot to take a quick uber to downtown. Highly recommend to anyone who is in town for an event and needs a comfortable home base.

We had a great 1 night stay! Dirk and Jenny were friendly and very responsive! What a great stay, even down to the drinks in fridge and candy in the living room!

My family and I stayed here for Thanksgiving. It was great to have a space where everyone could have their own comfy bed. We all could fit around the dining room table and there was plenty of space to hang out in the living room as well. The house is absolutely gorgeous! The kitchens were well stocked, and it was nice having too ovens although they cooked a bit unevenly. There are a lot of stairs to get to all the areas of the house, so you will definitely get your exercise. Charlotte was responsive and promptly fixed a leaky shower. This house is great for a big group that is looking for a large space to share and have fun in.

I booked this place for my family to stay in during a special trip for my 4 year old son. There were 7 of us in total and this place was perfect. We went to the Children’s museum, the aquarium, and the zoo. Everything was just a short distance from the house. The house was clean and nicely decorated. Both bathrooms had baskets with razors, deodorant, toothbrushes, and other toiletries. The fenced in back yard with the fire pit was really nice especially for our dog! We spent lots of time in the living room watching tv together at night and it was a very comfortable space for all 7 of us. Although we are not from the area, and were a little anxious upon arrival, all of the neighbors were very nice and always said hello when they saw us outside. The hosts were very responsive and helpful with any questions. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

What a beautiful place, amazing view, peaceful, super easy access to downtown and events, really feel like home, can’t wait to go back.

This was such a great place to stay in Cincy for my group of friends who were doing a weekend together for the flying pig!! Austin was super flexible with check in and check out and it’s a really great location and walkable to restaurants and bars! He was super nice & responsive, and the place was super clean & had everything we needed to cook dinner. Would 100% stay again!!

I highly recommend Ken’s Airbnb for your stay!! Very comfortable stay with gorgeous views! Home was clean and spacious. Had everything needed. Very close to restaurants, coffee shop, pizza shop and things to do in Mt. Adams. Ken was great to communicate with!

Alex's place was wonderful! My husband and I got married at the View in Mt. Adams which was just a short walk down the street. He got ready there before our wedding and we stayed there together that evening. It was the perfect location for us and a beautiful house. The floor to ceiling windows with views of downtown Cincinnati were stunning. Parking was also very easy which surprised me. I would absolutely recommend to anyone staying in Mt. Adams!!

Our first time to Cincinnati. It was a great place and quaint little neighborhood. The neighbors were very welcoming and offered recommendations of places to eat. We had a great time and plan to make this a regular stop when we come for our sports tournaments. And hopefully to see a Reds game this season!
