Die Unterkunft ist wie auf den Bildern sehr schön. Die Kommunikation war wirklich top hab innerhalb paar Minuten eine Antwort erhalten. Kann die Unterkunft aufjedenfall weiter empfehlen.

Die Unterkunft war dank der guten Beschreibung sehr einfach über Google Maps zu finden. Tolle ruhige Lage! Ausstattung wie beschrieben! Schneller Check in, Dank Beschreibung. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub! Danke 🙏

Vi hade en fantastisk vistelse i detta vackra hus – ljust, rymligt och med ett härligt lugn. Den oslagbara utsikten över de omkringliggande bergen gav verkligen en extra dimension till hela upplevelsen. Barnen stortrivdes både inne i huset och ute i trädgården, och vi vuxna uppskattade verkligen de generösa ytorna och den fina atmosfären. Vi blev väl mottagna av Petra och hennes familj, som var otroligt varma och välkomnande – det satte tonen för hela vår vistelse. Köket var välutrustat och gjorde det enkelt att laga goda middagar hemma. Ett tips är att ha bil under vistelsen, så att man enkelt kan utforska det vackra området runt omkring. Vi lämnade med många fina minnen och ser gärna fram emot att återvända. Varmt rekommenderat!

Det här är ett fantastiskt boende! Vi var 3 familjer, totalt 11 personer varav 5 barn, och vi hade det jättebra. Det finns många sovrum (med AC och fläkt), många badrum, ett bra och välutrustat kök. Många matplatser. Trädgården är väldigt fin med pool, pingisbord och platser i både sol och skugga. Bra mataffär väldigt nära, ett par minuter bort med bil. Lugnt område. Max är en fantastisk värd! Väldigt trevlig och välkomnande, svarar snabbt och behjälplig med allt. Vi kände oss som hemma och kommer absolut bo här även nästa gång vi är på Mallorca! Tack Max för en underbar semester!

Alles war super - wie in den Rezensionen und Bildern beschrieben. Joan war sehr aufmerksam und hatte tolle Restaurantempfehlungen wie z.B Massimos oder den Sushi-Laden nicht weit vom Haus entfernt.

Das Haus war aufgrund der detaillierten Beschreibung leicht zu finden und der Zugang dank der proaktiven und bebilderten Beschreibung von Margarita sehr einfach. In der sauberen und gemütlich eingerichteten Unterkunft fehlte es an nichts. Pool und Garten werden regelmäßig professionell gereinigt / gepflegt und bieten auch bereits im Frühjahr Gelegenheit zur Entspannung. In der Gegend gibt es bei kurzer Anreise mit dem KFZ zahlreiche Orte zu entdecken, Radfahren ist auch sehr beliebt. Die Abfallentsorgung läuft reibungslos über die Deixalleria, bspw. in Sa Pobla. Für die Möglichkeit, einen entspannten Urlaub mit zwei kleinen Kindern zu erleben, danken wir herzlich und würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

An amazing property. The grounds and size of the villa made it very private. A fantastic traditonal Mallorcan style villa. With four children there was plenty of space around the property and the pool and seperate BBQ pool house made it very spavious and special. surrounded with Lemon and Lime orchards and 5minutes walk to local shops if needed. It was spotlessly clean throughout internally and externally, including bathrooms and towels provided for pool and bathrooms. The host was super helpful, good and responsiveness and clear instructions. Would highly recommend the stay at this villa in everyone.

We stayed the second time in the villa and enjoyed it very much. Very clean and friendly. Definitely recommend it.

This was a VERY special place! The house is beautifully situated on the coastline and the views and outdoor spaces couldn't be more spectacular and relaxing. We were a family of 5 adults (30 years+). Everyone had their space to spread out and we were also able to be together. Though there is a beach right down the road, we felt no need to go there. If you are looking to be close to Palma, however, this might not be the location for you. We were there after the height of the season and it was quiet (which is what we were looking for). The drive to Palma was about an hour.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this amazing home in such a fantastic location. The house has all the amenities you could need and is extremely well equipped. It's perfect for a large family or group, with three separate sleeping areas that offer privacy while still sharing a communal space, ideal if you want your own space within a group setting. Swimming off the rocks at the bottom of the garden was a unique and memorable experience. The house is also very family-friendly, which made our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable. The locals are incredibly friendly, and Portocolom is such a beautiful place. You really get the sense that this is the real Mallorca, authentic, and full of charm. Lola is an exceptional host, thank you so much for everything! We loved your home so much that we’re already planning our trip for next year.

Es waren sehr entspannte Ferien. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld mit Virgina war unkompliziert, und allfällige Fragen wurden in kürzester Zeit geklärt. Vor Ort war Paco immer sofort erreichbar und stets hilfsbereit. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, ca. 10Autominuten von Alcúdia entfernt. Der Umschwung des Gauses ist riesig und bietet Kindern viel Raum zum Austoben und Spielen. Die Ausstattung in der Küche war gut. Auch wenn die Liegenschaft schon älter ist, ist sie gut und liebevoll gepflegt. Der Pool wirkt etwas kleiner als auf den Fotos, war aber für unsere Wünsche absolut ausreichend. So konnte auch eine ausreichende Wassertemperatur erreicht werden.

We spend one week with our family at the villa and it was so lovely! We had a really warm welcome from Josefina, even though we came later than planned because of a delay at the airport. We felt like the accommodation was even more beautiful than in the pictures. We rented cars that we could easily park on the property and had short drives to Bunyola, Sóller and Palma and all the other spots we visited during our vacation. A big 10 from 10 for this location and the communication with Josefina. We would love to visit again! 🤍

A fabulous villa which was perfect for 2 families. The views from the villa are quite incredible, you feel enveloped by the mountains. We had everything we needed for our stay, the pool was the perfect temperature and the location is perfect for being close enough to Soller yet still feeling a total sense of space and privacy. Thank you to Veronica who was the perfect host!

The house is simply perfect! We were welcomed with a nice bottle of wine, some beers (alcohol free too) and a huge bag of fresh oranges picked directly from their farm. Best oranges we’ve ever had, the kids loved them. We cannot recommend more :)

Wir waren für 5 Wochen im Winter hier und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr groß und gemütlich. Man hat aus jedem Fenster einen tollen Ausblick. Das Grundstück ist groß und wunderschön. Zudem ist es komplett eingezäunt und unsere Hunde haben es sehr genossen hier viel draußen zu sein. Das Haus ist auf dem Land und schön privat ohne direkte Nachbarn. Man kann direkt vom Haus schön spazieren gehen, aber zum einkaufen etc. braucht man ein Auto. Maria war für uns immer erreichbar und hat schnell geantwortet. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt.

Wir hatten hier einen schönen Familienurlaub. Tolles Haus mit Pool, 2Min zum Strand. Liegt an befahrener Straße, also nicht ganz ruhig.Sehr gepflegtes Haus und Pool, sogar Kinderspielzeug war da. Super Lidl im Ort, tolle Lage für Ausflüge. Filter-Kaffeemaschine wäre noch schön :-).

My family and I went here for a short break in April. We wished we could have stayed longer. It is very conveniently located for going into either Puerto da Pollensa or Alcudia, but far enough outside Puerto da Pollensa to make it feel rural. The views from the front of the property are amazing and the pool just the right size for relaxing at. Our host was kind enough to provide some groceries for our first morning as we arrived late on the Sunday night. I would love to stay here again.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa spacieuse, décorée avec goût et très bien équipée … on se sent aussi bien à l’intérieur, très relaxant, qu’à l’extérieur, autour du site « piscine » très convivial… L’emplacement était idéal pour nous, au calme et à la fois proche des commerces et des axes routiers pour partir à la découverte de cette magnifique île ! Mille mercis à Juan pour son accueil chaleureux , sa disponibilité, ses conseils et sa contribution à des vacances très très réussies ! 🤗 Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir…

The villa is in a fantastic location - very quiet and rural but only a few minutes' drive to the beach and Pollença (and the local supermarkets). You definitely need a car or bikes (there are protected cycle paths along the main roads near the beach) to get the most out of being here. We were three adult couples and a toddler so the layout worked perfectly (a plan would make a really useful addition to the listing). There's an ensuite for bedroom 1 while bedroom 2 has a bathroom right next to it. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are at the other end of the house - with another bathroom. The outdoor spaces offer a lot of flexibility of sun and shade. The kitchen is well-equipped and the pool nice and clean. Water pressure in the showers was good though pressure in the toilets was a bit low sometimes. All in all, an excellent villa which we would highly recommend.

Es ist ein sehr geräumiges Haus mit einem sehr großen Grundstück. Es liegt super schön und hat eine sehr schöne Aussicht. Der Pool liegt sehr schön und ist schön abgeschirmt. Die Orangen und Zitronenbäume haben gerade herrlich geblüht und wunderbar geduftet. Wir haben das Haus mit der großen Küche, den schönen Garten und den schönen Pool sehr genossen.

Logement très beau et spacieux! La piscine est très belle. L'espace extérieur avec terrasse est bien. Il est très facile de se garer dans la rue juste à côté de la maison. Le quartier est calme avec quelques restos et des petits supermarchés. Maria était bien présente pour toutes mes questions.

Great house, really spacious and very clean. Toni, the owner, is extremely nice, responsive and attentive. Would recommend to anyone.

Wir waren als Familie zu sechst bei Paula zu Gast und hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Die Finca liegt ländlich zwischen So pobla und Búger. Hier, bieten Sie Supermöglichkeiten zum Rennrad fahren oder auch nur zum entspannen. Die Finca bietet deine gute Ausstattung mit zwei Bädern und einer sehr gut sortierten Küche sowie einem Outdoor Barbecue. Der Pool jederzeit Abkühlungmöglichkeiten. Vielen Dank an Paula für die Zeit.
