We do keep 1 bedroom across the house locked as well as the garage. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. We are currently not a pet friendly home, but we can definitely accommodate if need be. Communication is key!

This is a wonderful single-family home. It is within walking distance to the College of Idaho and minutes to the freeway, dining, and entertainment. The home has four bedrooms and has family-friendly accommodations. There is a spacious fenced yard and a carport with two parking spaces. Additional parking is available on the road. Home has high-speed Internet and is very close to the College of Idaho.

Come enjoy our newly renovated basement apartment that's close to downtown, grocery stores, and NNU. There is also a covered patio for guests to relax. The doorways are a little short, so not recommended for tall folks unless you're mindful of your head. :) The floor plan is also a little quirky in that the only entrance to the bedroom is through the bathroom. Still a cute space to spend a few nights!

Our property is located outside of the town of Caldwell in a county setting. Our neighbors on both sides have farm animals making for a unique experience. We are minutes from multiple golf courses. Shopping is 10-15 minutes away. Boise Airport is about a 30 minute drive. And the Oregon border is a stone’s throw from here. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun.
