Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit, in dem schönen und sehr komfortablen Haus von Astrid. Es handelt sich um einen luxuriösen Anbau direkt neben ihrem eigenen Haus. Trotzdem hat man absolute Privatsphäre. Gleichzeitig ist die Gastgeberin jederzeit gut zu erreichen und extrem freundlich. Die Finca liegt auf einem Hügel oberhalb von Manacor. Die Fahrt dorthin dauert circa 12-15 Minuten über kleine, kurvenreiche Straßen. Wer Ruhe und Komfort sucht in einem nach botanischen Maßstäben angelegten weitläufigen Grundstück ist dort genau richtig. Eine wirklich empfehlenswerte Oase.

Tomeu’s place is amazing and well located in the center of the island. From his place, we were able to visit different parts of the island every day. There is a supermarket and restaurants/bars less than 10 minutes away by car. The house is super clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The swimming pool was clean, and we were able to enjoy it at the beginning of April. Kids enjoyed it. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back to continue exploring Mallorca.

Wer eine Auszeit vom hektischen Alltag braucht ist hier genau richtig. Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sofort wohlgefühlt. Die kleine Fincar ist sehr idyllisch gelegen und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns der Sitzplatz vor dem Haus. Von dort konnten wir die Nachbar Hühner +Hahn gut beobachten, die uns öfter besucht haben. Auch Radtouren konnten wir direkt vom Haus weg starten, auch wenn die 1,3km lange Zufahrtsstraße nicht durchgängig asphaltiert war. Xiasca war für uns immer gut zu erreichen. Für uns gab es absolut nichts zu beanstanden. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen. Urlaub und kommen gerne wieder.

A fabulous place for a relaxing, peaceful break. Pedro’s house is very convenient for Palma airport and for the pretty town of Llucmajor. All the bedrooms are very comfortable and three of them have their own access, which is perfect for giving everyone space! The bathrooms are very good and the kitchen is equipped for cooking - which we did a lot! There is a well-maintained barbecue at the outside dining area and there is nothing nicer than eating lunch by the pool every day. Inside, there are two lounge areas which are comfortable and decorated in keeping with the finca style with a big dining table that has space for everyone (we ate in when the evenings were cool). Pedro was a great help and put us in touch with a minibus driver so all of us could enjoy a day and night out in Palma together without worrying about finding taxis. I can’t recommend Pedro’s house highly enough. It was glorious!

Mein Mann und ich hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Unterkunft. Das kleine Häuschen und der herrliche Garten lassen keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben abends oft auf der Terrasse gesessen, gegrillt, einen Wein getrunken und die absolut traumhafte Aussicht genossen. Da wir uns einen Roller gemietet hatten, war die Unterkunft, die etwas weiter gelegen ist, gut zu erreichen. Obwohl das Häuschen etwas abseits im Hang liegt und damit absolut ruhig und privat, ist man dennoch innerhalb von 10 Gehminuten auf dem Marktplatz, von dem die Markthalle, samstags der Markt und alle Restaurants sowie Geschäfte zu erreichen sind. Wir kommen gerne wieder in Catherines bezauberndes Häuschen. Vielen Dank!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in dem Haus. Mit 8 Personen hatten wir genügend Platz. Sehr genossen haben wir die Aussicht auf die Bucht von Soller von der Terrasse. Fussläufig sind viele Restaurants und Cafés. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, das untere Wohnzimmer haben wir gar nicht gebraucht. Der Empfang durch Mari war sehr herzlich und die Einkaufstipps waren hilfreich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Séjour parfait ! Appartement très gréable dans une ville typique, très bien situé pour visiter l'île. Supérettes et restaurant a quelques minutes a pied. Conforme aux photos, voir mieux, très propre, confortable et très bien equipé. Extérieur avec terrasses, piscine et jardinet, a l' abri du vent, top. Un grand merci a Manel pour sa disponibilité, son accueil, ses conseils, et ses attentions de bienvenue.

A truly fantastic house in a fabulous location. Thanks to Mette and Christopher for sharing their holiday home where we had a wonderful week. The house is comfortable, well furnished and equipped. All local amenities including the supermarket, beach and shops/bars/restaurants all less than a 5 minute walk away. Everybody in the village was very friendly and welcoming. The beach umbrellas and chairs came in very handy and we loved the rooftop terrace for sundowners when we got back each day. Would definitely recommend. Thanks again
