This house is perfect for mature people, families, friends and for special occasions. This is also on a private, dead-end road for added privacy.

Fire pit Beach day necessities for all ages Shower only Smart TV's in all rooms Mini Split/AC on main level, the 2nd floor can get warm in the summer, there are fans. Technically sleeps 5 with an ideal mix of adults and children(couch or air mattress for the 5th). 4/5 adults would be too much. Minimum night requirement. For couples, friends or family - relax, play, retreat! :) In the SUMMER the capacity goes up to 12, with a 3rd BEDROOM & GAMEROOM! Relax in this cheerful cottage just a minute walk to the beach and walking trails. A double-lot with a firepit and deck allows for backyard games, evening fires, and relaxing in the hot tub. This cottage features a master bedroom with a queen bed, a spare bedroom with double bed and a hide-a-bed for extra guests. Situated in the heart of the town, you will have quick access to a local grocery store and park (2km), 2-18 hole golf courses (6km), Shediac, Parlee beach and restaurants (11km).

The gazebo is a great place to sip your morning coffee or glass of wine. Walking distance to a tranquil beach and conveniently located near the beaches of Parlee (Shediac) and Aboiteau (Cap-Pelé).

We have just added a new heat pump. We offer a 700sq ft loft, it has a new kitchen, new stove, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots, pans etc. New hardwood flooring throughout loft and ceramic in the bathroom. I bedroom with a queen size bed. A double bed tucked away and a single cot. A newly renovated 4 piece bathroom. A living room with 2 love seat a chair end tables and television. We have added a water cooler and bottled water. We’re 3 minutes from Aboiteau beach.
