Madison has been an exemplary host, and the house was a great fit for 6 adults and 4 kids aged 4, 3, 1 and below 1. Even though we came for only a few days, I had lots of questions. Madison always responded promptly and helpfully. The host went beyond the call of duty by checking with cleaners when house became available, and facilitating an earlier check-in. That was greatly appreciated by our party. The house layout with bedrooms on two floors was perfect for us, where some kids who wake up real early slept on one floor, and others who wake up later are on another floor. Huge dinner table that could fit us all. Lack of clutter that let the energetic kids move around freely. Three bathrooms conveniently located, one on each floor. The availability of good quality, foldable beach chairs and a beach umbrella were a huge plus. The location of the house is in a quiet neighborhood, where we enjoyed walking, jogging or pushing strollers.

Clifford's place worked out perfectly for my crew that was working in the area for a multi week project. I would definitely book again if we have more work in the area.

Easy access to restaurants, grocery stores, beach and mini golf! Great area to take a walk or run around the neighborhood. Had all the basic supplies for cooking and comfortable furniture in the living room and bedrooms. The outdoor patio and yard is where we spent most of our time, the chairs and set up was perfect. The outdoor shower is a nice touch too!

This was a family Christmas getaway, and it was perfect.

Craig was awesome and extremely nice and understanding! The house was clean and one of the best I have stayed in. The location is quiet and tucked in a small neighborhood. I had the most amazing stay and would suggest this to anyone going to this location!

Beautiful location with great views while sitting by fire pit or even from inside house. Split level allows for some alternative sleeping arrangements which worked great for us. This little beach oasis is such a great value! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. As mentioned in the description, Patty & Bruce's spot is legitimately only a few minute walk from multiple beaches and is in such a cute little neighborhood! They have plenty of beach items should you not bring your own, which is great. The space itself is perfect for a quick little weekend getaway.

This was such a relaxing place to stay. Jessica’s communication was quick and remarkably helpful — and she provided great recommendations and suggestions. The overall layout of the home affords room for privacy while also providing a comfortable communal space. The walkability of the location was much better than I expected, with closeby beaches, taverns, and restaurants. To be specific, 5 people stayed here — myself, wife, two kids, and an infant, for a stay around a month. And we never felt constrained (the back deck makes for a great workspace). Thanks again — would love to stay here in the future!

Had a great stay in Chatham at this Airbnb. Heather the host was extremely friendly and made us feel very welcome. The place was very well located in Chatham, well appointed and comfortable. We were very happy with our stay there, including a pack and play for our 16 month old. Would highly recommend a stay here to anyone.

Jimmy was so helpful and clear with all information on how to get there, where everything was, and how to get in. Communication was fast and specific. I got to meet him and just loved that him and his family were close just incase we needed anything. The place was so clean and comfortable which was perfect for my 3 friends and I. The area was beautiful and everything was walkable for restaurants and bars around the area. It was rainy on our longest stay and we still had a great time. It was a home away from home and we are so grateful to find it and with a good price.

We were extremely satisfied with Jurak’s place. We were thankful for timely responses and the flexibility to use entryway space for our luggage as we had many hours in the city without a place for our luggage. Three very comfortable beds with great linens. Lots of comfortable space for three friends to catch up and have access to the city. We would definitely come to this space again!

Very quiet and walkable neighborhood away from downtown madness but still just one train stop away(Maverick Blue Line station is a 5 min safe walk) from everything. Communication with host was great.

We came to Boston for the marathon and are so grateful we chose to stay at George and Ann-Marie's bnb in Jamaica Plain. It is super close to the train that zips you right into the heart of Boston and is far enough away we could get some peace and enjoy the beautiful neighborhood away from all the race chaos. The home itself was very comfortable. We slept great. We enjoyed having coffee and drinks on the patio and lounging on the giant couches. It felt spacious with the 4 of us. We really liked walking 10 minutes up to Central for ice cream and restaurants, or 5 minutes over to the Sam Adams brewery. The neighborhood has tons of trees and was really quiet. George and Ann-Marie were very responsive and checked in with us during the stay to make sure we had all we needed. They also were able to accommodate a later check out, which was really helpful. Awesome spot!! We highly recommend it :)

This is an authentic Cambridge home that has been owned by the host's family for multiple generations. Kevin is accommodating, and he generously left some snacks and drinks in the full kitchen for us. Well-stocked kitchen was super convenient for eating breakfasts. Note: there are significant stairs to get into the unit. Once there it's quite spacious. And I love the operable bathroom window. :) Thanks for a lovely stay in a convenient, walkable neighborhood!

My family, including two young kids, found everything we needed here. We appreciated the kids' books and toys, snacks, etc. Joseph was very easy to communicate with and we felt right at home. Great to having on-site parking. It is a bit noisy because of the airplanes, but the kids had sound machines and were fine. Keep in mind that it's a bit of a drive if you want to do anything in Boston, although the nearby T is probably great for those with older kids. Overall a great stay and we would visit again!

We enjoyed our stay and the apartment, and it was exactly as listed. It was very clean and tidy. Fiona was very responsive with communication and made it easy to get in touch with her if we needed to. We would definitely recommend staying at this property.

It is always comforting to stay at Anna’s condo. It feels like home with well thought out amenities, clean spaces, quiet surroundings and such a helpful host. It is a great space for families and has all you need to cook in. I highly recommend staying here.

We absolutely loved our stay at Julia’s home! It was in amazing location close to the beautiful downtown but also very private. The private beach is hard to beat! The space was clean, exactly as pictured, and was stocked with anything you could need. Julia was an amazing host who provided clear instructions and responded quickly. We can’t wait to return for our next stay here. Thanks again Julia!!

Debra had a beautiful apartment in a perfect location. The balcony was especially enjoyable. It was very clean and had everything you could possibly need.

Perfect space for a long weekend or low key beach trip. Walking distance to the beach and very quick drive to other restaurants, bars, coffee shops, etc. While the space is smaller it has all the amenities to handle everything you’d need like a full kitchen, grill, etc. We went in the offseason and still found plenty to do but you could tell the area would be more active during the peak cape season.

This was my second stay at Garrett’s and the place was just as nice as I remembered (plus a a few upgrades). Garrett’s always quick to respond to inquiries, unit had just about everything we needed including beach towels and location is great as it’s a short bike ride from center town and peaceful/quiet if you’re looking for a balanced vacation.

We were on the Cape to celebrate my mother’s 98th birthday. This was a perfect place for my husband and I as well as our daughter with our 5 month old grandson.
