Relax in our private, romantic Cape Neddick cottage, overlooking a 2 acre meadow and woodland, close by foot, bike, to the amenities of York, Ogunquit, Kennebunk, Kittery, and Portsmouth and within a ten minute ride to five beautiful beaches. Cape Neddick Beach being the closest one, a five minute ride. Our cottage is off the beaten path on a quiet private way, near the Cape Neddick River .

Get away from the stress and enjoy this lake front lower unit apartment tucked in a serene nature environment. A short bike ride ride to Short Sand, Long Sands beaches and the Nubble light House. Just minutes from waterfront dining and shopping at Perkins Cove and Village of Ogunquit. Our spacious 3 room, 1,200 square foot historic (c. 1670) one bedroom apartment for two guests has exposed beams, wide pine floors, full bath, kitchenette, and is just a short walk to Long Sands Beach or a short drive to York Beach, York Harbor, or York Village.

You can see a peek of Spruce Creek (a tidal inlet) from the bedroom window and deck. The space has been designed to offer a relaxed, comfortable get away experience. Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood which loops around Spruce Creek.
