It has a large deck for the evening barbecue, following a day at the closest beach Smiths 🏄 a 5 minute drive , or after exploring the many attractions of Phillip Island and Gippsland. If you have a dog it is completely secure .

Come and stay at this newly built beach house on Phillip Island in the beautiful beachside town of Rhyll. It has 3 bedrooms that sleep 8 guests and well behaved pets are also welcome. Both heating and cooling is available, including a new wood heater for chilly winter nights. The front and left of the house feature a large undercover timber deck with outdoor lounge and dining options. The yard is fully secured with a front fence height of 1.2m. Situated on a flat block, the large grassed backyard was created for children to explore with an enclosed trampoline, cubby house and boat. Located a stones throw from the RSL, a short walk to the main shopping precinct and close to the Cowes main beach.
