Simple and minimal yet elegant. Rustic Luxe. Windows all around bring in nature, screens keep it outside. All the modern conveniences, and then some. Hot and cold running water, equipped kitchen, full bath, 2 bedrooms with queen beds, nice linens and details, plus outside shower, 2 decks, BBQ, fast WIFI, TV, etc.

Treehouse compound, no cleaning fee

The rental includes both treehouses (toilet in each), cooking/eating pavilion (only cold water at sink) (outhouse nearby), outside shower (cold), firepit. Additional guests above the 2 included in per night stay are $30 per person per night up to a maximum of 11 guests during the warmer months and 5 guests total during the cooler ends of the season (June and mid Sept to mid Oct). Beds: 3 doubles, 5 singles. No pets allowed. Not ideal for very young children or people with mobility issues.

Cozy Treehouse in Catskill Mountains.

The treehouse resides on the locally famous Fernwood property. Our family ran a restaurant here since the 1970's. We no longer operate the restaurant, but the property is gorgeous. The treehouse is at the end of a road with a private swimming hole. Right out of the treehouse is the entrance to the famous long trail, plenty of hiking here. Also in town is the entrance to The Catskill Wild Forest. Hiking into Kaaterskill Falls is one of the main attractions here in town.

An Adirondack Tree House Retreat

Our treehouse is one of the most sought after places for couples to reconnect with nature. Nestled in the foothills of the Adirondack Mtns. and just 9 miles from Saratoga Springs NY, boasting quiet solitude. The winding staircase leads to a sleeping area and covered porch. Also, outdoor kitchen, deck, fire pit and full bath just a few steps away. Please keep in mind that our treehouse is meant as a quiet retreat for 1-3 people.

Tree Haven

A broad staircase brings visitors 20 feet up in the forest clearing. Wildlife abounds and hiking trails wind throughout the property. First time guests will be greeted by owners and oriented to treehouse facility and the woodland experience. Guests will then be left to enjoy their privacy in this quiet, idyllic forest setting. Robes are provided for casual comfort to close out days and greet mornings.

Off-grid Riverbank Getaway

Welcome to the off-the-grid getaway! This tiny house is on stilts on the edge of the Alplaus Creek. If you want to get away from screens and tech, and enjoy tending a woodstove, this might be for you. Park in the marked spot near 41 Hill St and walk down the 500 ft trail. You can read by the woodstove, fish, write, have a campfire, or watch ducks/beaver/deer from the balcony. A canoe is provided.

Tucked away in the foothills of the Catskills, our organic farm has miles of hiking trails and mountain bike paths to explore! We also have many friendly ducks, goats, peacocks, chickens, donkeys, a horse and the friendliest dogs in the world that guests can interact with.
