Here you are in nature, away from it all, without being too remote, but with a great pub, village shop, and Talisker distillery 15 mins. away. Many beautiful walks from the cottage, and the Cuillin mountains all at your doorstep.

'Grandview' is a beautiful, traditional, spacious cottage with everything you need for a very memorable holiday. With outstanding views of the Cuillins, Rhum and Canna, there are 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin-bed bedroom, 2 bathrooms and 2 spacious lounge areas, allowing you to spread-out and relax independently! The stove provides a glorious heat, although the cottage also has full electric heating. There are many local walks/climbs and also the famous boat-trips into Coruisk and the Cuillin hills.

The cottage sleeps 3, but is ideal for couples seeking a romantic break, as well as for sight-seeing, walking and climbing.

Carbost village 1km with local shop, post office, cafes, pub & the famous Talisker Distillery. 5 min drive to Fairy pools, Talisker & Glenbrittle beaches and the magnificent Cuillins

An original Skye Croft House, overlooking Loch Harport with views to the Cuillins. Its just a three minute drive from the village of Carbost with its “Old Inn” pub, restaurant and trad music sessions, the “Cafe Cuil” restaurant, a coffee shop, the “Talisker Distillery” with its tours and it’s off shoot “Three Chimneys at Talisker” The house is furnished with my mix of old with the modern & of course the essential log stove for chilly nights
