Nothing beats waking up and walking to the beach within 3 minutes. We really enjoyed all the beach amenities provided for our use. It made our trip so easy! Although the area is still cleaning up after the hurricane, it is heartwarming to watching this beautiful community come together. Very friendly neighbors, everyone always greeted us with a, "Good morning!" Thank you for making our trip stress-free for my husband's birthday. We have a soft spot for Manasota Key now, and can't wait to come back!

4th time renting this beautiful property certainly not the last!

The four of us arrived at Mary’s place and we immediately felt right at home. The place was neat and clean and the decor was tropical. The backyard overlooking the canal was a great place to relax and unwind. We loved walking down the block to the Cabana club each afternoon after coming back from local excursions. One of the great benefits was being able to use the Cabana club which had a fantastic pool, hot tub, beach access and a full service bar with great food and drinks with excellent service and a friendly staff!

One of the few Airbnbs that are ACTUALLY walking distance to the beach and Atlantic ave. Book this place if you are staying local and want a truly unique experience.

Robyn was definitely the best host we have had so far on Air bnb! She was a proactive communicator, and was very flexible with our check in situation, as we showed up earlier than expected. She made us feel right at home and had a lot of infant supplies for our little one. We will definitely be staying at one of Robyn’s properties again next time we are in the area.

I booked a same day stay and they were very communicative and kept me updated on the process! Would recommend for anyone wanting to be in the mix of Miami right by the beach! very walkable and great restaurants!

Nancy was an open and easy to talk to hostess. She responded quickly and thoroughly to any of our question. We had a delightful stay. If (when) we go back Sanibel, we will definitely return to her Airbnb.

Our family spring break was outstanding at Jill’s beach house. The beach house was within 5 minutes to the beach. All the beach items are available on site. The pool at the beach house was fantastic for the family. So much fun. Our bedrooms were very comfortable for the adults and children. Plenty of space for our family inside and outside. Easy walking to oceanside restaurants. Our family made great memories and your selection for the Beach House will build memories for a lifetime. Jill is a great host and we were thrilled to have selected her beach house. You must try this Beach House when in Fort Lauderdale. Enjoy🤗🤗🤗🤗.

We loved staying in this place! It was perfect for the whole family. We spent our days between the beach and the pool and it was perfect. Nothing better than having the beach right in front of the house. Also they had cleaning services every day included in the price which was amazing, we didn’t have to be cleaning the sand of the floors and we had new towels every day. We completely loved our stay totally recommend!

I would like to start with the pros: The house and pool were awesome and as described. We spent many hours by or in the pool. My kids loved it. the house was spacious and the kitchen had space to prepare food. The security in the neighborhood seemed quite good and the fence and gate around the house made everyone feel very safe. Our host was very easy to communicate with and she responded quickly. I would say however that we did have some issues with the toilets not filling back up and this lead to some less than desirable experiences. We mentioned the problem a few days in and unfortunately nothing was solved by the time we left. I don't know how easy or hard it is to get a plumber in so it might not have been the hosts fault. the showers are also not great. A few situations that we had asked for things that were missing or not working, or needed to be replaced and unfortunately the solutions never happened. Overall I liked the house and the host. I would recommend.

We loved these accommodations! Loved that we were on a canal (so beautiful, and great for renting a boat for a few days), the lanai/pool was very spacious and inviting, and our experience from the very start was positive and friendly. The description mentioned 2 king beds, but there was 1, and the living room furniture isn’t what is pictured, but none of that caused any issues for us. We greatly appreciated the kitchenware that was available for use. Even though we didn’t make use of the grill, it was clean and available. So happy for the washer/dryer in the garage. Beds were very comfortable! We felt very safe - wonderful neighborhood. We’d be happy to return!

The house was great with amazing water views and access. It is an older home but is clean and overall, taken care of. Homes on the water can take a beating from the weather/conditions. Ocean views, water access, water side pool, 5 bedrooms and all the water toys (snorkel gear, kayaks, paddle board) for this price is a great value. We had a party of 8 and the house was more than large enough. The outdoor area was great, with several different areas to hang out. The bulkhead was in great condition and was an amazing place to take in the sunrise/sunsets (in April). Fany and Lou were great and the communication was exceptional. They were kind, informative and helpful. They were forth coming when things weren't working (the hot tub stopped working after our booking) and they reached out immediately to inform us if there were any changes to the property. As others have mentioned, this isn't a brand new, renovated property, but the value is great. Thank you!

We loved our stay here. It was so peaceful, and the pool was amazing after a day of adventure. I loved that there was a cow pasture with cows out back. It felt like we were on a farm with an Oceanview! The house itself was beautiful, with lovely tropical plants all around. Everything we needed was provided.

Carmen's place is in an ideal location--lovely beachfront property! The house suited our group so well and had lots of space for hanging out. There were a few minor glitches with the gate lock and one A/C unit, but Carmen got things fixed very quickly. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there!

I can't recommend this listing and location enough! The little cottage community was quiet and peaceful with spectacular views of the ocean. We enjoyed walking the beach and looking for shells and sea critters. My family loved playing in the pool... and although it was a shared pool, it never was busy and rarely had people in it. The listing had everything we needed - full size fridge, electric cook top, air fryer - we bought drinks and food for breakfast/lunch and ate dinner at whatever beach we went to for the day. Comfy bed, comfy love seat, and comfy chairs to sit outside on. Melissa was amazing as well - literally would respond back within minutes and was so helpful. We try to travel to new places when we get a chance and not repeat locations but we can't wait to come back here! Also highly recommend asking Melissa for her favorite beaches, restaurants, and places to go.... they were all top notch!

La estadía fue agradable y tranquila por el buen espacio y distribucion del inmueble, la cercanía al mar y playas tranquilas, y en especial el servicio amable, cortés y la excelente preparacion de los alimentos al gusto del usuario por parte de la señora María Teresa, a quien agradecemos mucho. El desplazamiento al centro principal de supermercados y cajeros queda un poco retirado, aunque hay transporte y se cuenta con una tienda y expendio de pescado al frente del conjunto.

It was a great stay in a great apartment, I hope I will come back again

I cannot say enough good things about my stay here. It was nothing less than amazing. The property is so beautiful and peaceful. Shamori was always onsite keeping the grounds immaculate and was so friendly with the best smile! He even provided us with coconut jelly from fresh coconuts he cut down. I saw another review that mentioned dog poo everywhere and I didn't see any at all, not once. (Neptune is the sweetest btw and so well trained.) Ms Diana's cooking was so good. Everything we had was amazing. We tried about 20 things on the menu and there wasn't one we didn't like. Everything was so fresh and flavorful. And there was plenty of it too! We were able to keep our leftovers in the fridge to snack on. Ms Lilith and Ms Sheril were so sweet and were there for us if we needed anything at all. We did venture out a few times with Mr Nigel who was able to accommodate us whenever we needed. We cannot wait to go back!

2nd time staying at this air bnb and Oscar always provides the best experience. The pool and view is top tier!

La casa, es tal cual las fotos. Con mucha comodidad. Lo que más disfrutamos fue el portal con los sillones. Me encantó que cada habitación tuviera su independencia, cada una con su baño. En la cocina no falta de nada, muy equipada. La playa caminando tres pasos. Había mucha tranquilidad en el barrio. Sin duda repetiremos

The host was very responsive even at 1 am when we had trouble getting in . The place was peaceful -quiet ,steps from the beach ! Very safe area , police patrolling every hour , walking path and basketball court - playground nearby for kids. Cons -lack of hot water ,stove was not the best and beds were not that comfortable. However great value for the price, being right on the beach!

Echtes Dschungel Feeling - wildromantisch - Traumhafte Aussicht aufs Meer- im rustikalem Ambiente- tosende Wellen am Strand- riesiger Garten mit Tischtennis, Pool und vielen Sitz- Liege- und Hängematten zum Chillen - Tierbeobachtungen (Nasenbär, Capewara, Leguane etc…) mehr Costa Rica geht nicht 🤩💯🇨🇷 wie in einem Märchen - unwirklich schön - besonders schön war der Empfang von Ximena, die uns viele Tips für die Gegend und Aktivitäten gegeben hat- Sehnsuchtsort 🌴🏝️
