Good location. Easy to get ahold of the host. Loved the backyard area and felt like the rooms were spacious. We were a group of 5 adults but I think if you have a larger party some of the sleeping arrangements would be tight but it was fine for us. Would stay here again.

Betsy is a wonderful host. The home was spacious enough for the four of us. Great location in a quiet neighborhood.

My sister and I had a lovely stay at El Tropicale. We were attending a yoga retreat in Lakewood Ranch so the location was perfect. Very spacious and the pool is great! All communication was prompt and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Sonia & Daniel's house exceeded all our needs for our son's stay visiting his grandparents in Venice. The house was very clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. Everything he needed was there, and he enjoyed a quiet place to relax. The screened in lanai was a nice place to enjoy morning coffee. The neighborhood was very peaceful, and our son was happy to be able to do a morning run down through Shamrock Park, which is on the water. Sonia and Daniel were very responsive to our messages. We would definitely consider renting this house again!

Incredibly peaceful, waterfront house. We were there for work and it was so nice to come back to a relaxing, quiet place to unwind! Definitely recommend this property with lovely hosts as well!

We stayed in Florida for a month at David’s house. The house was absolutely spotless upon arrival. The house is so spacious and had a lot of room for my family. We brought our 2 doggies and they loved the fenced in backyard. The master bedroom mattress was so comfortable. I also loved the spa. We used that almost every evening. The neighborhood is very quiet and there is only one neighbor by the house and they were very friendly. I loved the house it was really nice. David is a great host and I would absolutely stay there again.

Such a beautiful home with a clean, organized, and usable interior living space. The beds are comfortable and the home has everything you need (games, towels, hand soap, washer/dryer, hangers, cooking utensils, coffee maker, etc). The home is large with plenty of space for family or your fur babies-we had our two dogs and the outdoor space is large enough for walks. The pool area is spacious and peaceful. A few notes: The home has 6 exterior cameras which are not noted in the listing. One North and one South facing, two on the pool deck, and a ring camera in addition to a standard camera facing West. We never felt uncomfortable with the cameras but can understand wanting to be aware before reserving. We did not hear any of the alleged roosters or hens as some commenters below reported. So maybe they’re gone now?

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Nicole's Airbnb, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and attention that made us feel right at home. Nicole has truly thought of everything to ensure her guests have a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The amenities were fantastic—clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. What really stood out were the small details that Nicole attended to; it’s clear she genuinely cares about her guests. She anticipated our needs in a way that rivaled my recent stay at the Gaylord Palms, which is no small feat! The space itself was inviting and cozy, making it the perfect retreat after a long day of exploring. It was evident that Nicole takes great pride in her property, and it truly shines through in every aspect. I wholeheartedly recommend Nicole's Airbnb to anyone looking for a remarkable stay. I would rate this experience above 5 stars any day!

I stayed about 8 days and it was amazing! Deena is the best host. She responds quickly to questions or concerns. This home has everything you need and more. There were plenty of sheets, plenty of towels including pool towels. Plenty of pots and pans. The family enjoyed the pool. We had a group of five and we were very comfortable. I was happy that this place is dog friendly. I highly recommend this and I’m definitely returning.

Jacks home is beautiful and I had a great time there. Will definitely stay again.

Mary was so easy to talk to and very responsive. We chatting before and during our arrival. She has a lovely, Clean, organized home. She has been so gracious and we loved our stay there.

It’s a great location close to anything you could ever need. The beach, the park, groceries.. you name it it’s there. The home itself was beautiful and the perfect place to spend with some friends. There’s a pool and a pool table and lots of other options for games and quality time. To top it off the hosts were super kind and flexible when we requested to stay an additional day because we loved it so much. Definitely would recommend!

We enjoyed our stay here. Great view from the pool. Pictures matched description and it was fully equipped for anything that we could need. Quiet area but close to restaurants, shops and the beach. Responsive hosts and quickly resolved an issue we had when we reported it. Would definitely stay here again if we were in the area ☺️ Thank you

Overall a great place to stay even if just for the patio! Our stay was for 2 weeks in February. It actually was warm enough (80°) for a quick dip in the pool. -Bed was incredibly comfortable…and I am super picky about mattresses! And pillows! We both slept really well. -Very clean -Bathroom - shower appears small but actually quite roomy. -Extremely well stocked kitchen. -Very quiet neighborhood - my husband was able to work on the patio, also great neighborhood for walking -Patio - great covered area as well as area for sun. Pool is super clean. -Close to shopping - grocery store less than 5 min away -So many extras are supplied…toilet paper, coffee pods, trash bags, cleaners, pool towels, and more We may make this an annual trip!

Lovely home with a large fenced backyard and a warm pool. Conveniently located near Robinson Preserve and Anna Maria Island. Michelle was quick to answer any questions. We enjoyed our stay.

First I would like to say thanks so much to William and Terri. What a beautiful home you have. My family and a great stay at your house I would have to say the pool was the big hit. The boys absolutely loved it. The area was beautiful the shopping in downtown Venice has tons of shops to go and check out. Manasota Key Beach was fun as well shark tooth exploring and shell hunting was great it's kind of a must do if your there. Can't say enough had a great stay beds were comfy. Thanks again William and Terri.

Fantastic location. Just steps to the water. There were four beach chairs and an umbrella for guests’ use, which was very helpful. Bean Point beach is within walking distance. Other beaches, along with all of the restaurants and stores and Pine Avenue, are a short drive away. Best part of the house is the view of the bay from the third floor balcony.

I had a very pleasant stay at this property. The home is located in a safe, quiet neighborhood and is within easy driving distance to the beach. The space was clean, well-maintained, and accurately described in the listing. It was also convenient to have dedicated on-site parking. The host was kind and welcoming, making the check-in process smooth and stress-free. Please note that the other portion of the house is also rented out; while occasional sounds from neighboring guests were audible, they were never disruptive. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I would be happy to return.

This is a comfortable, quiet apartment walking distance to all the great events on Dearborn Street. Renee is a great host and always responsive. We have stayed in her rentals several times over several years, and will be back.

I will for sure return to this property. The property is perfect & the owners were great to work with.

The house was very clean and easy to find. The accommodations were very good in both the kitchen and bathrooms with lots of amenities. Check-in and door lock were very simple. The house is centrally located in Wellington so it's easy to reach restaurants and stores. The nearby Publix is under construction, but another one is open a few miles away. Overall, a very nice cozy place.

The four of us arrived at Mary’s place and we immediately felt right at home. The place was neat and clean and the decor was tropical. The backyard overlooking the canal was a great place to relax and unwind. We loved walking down the block to the Cabana club each afternoon after coming back from local excursions. One of the great benefits was being able to use the Cabana club which had a fantastic pool, hot tub, beach access and a full service bar with great food and drinks with excellent service and a friendly staff!
