There are plenty of paths for walks or cycling along the mineral tramways and local landmark Carn Brea which are accessible from the property.

Four Lanes is the highest village in this part of Cornwall so has stunning views towards the Atlantic Ocean ,St Ives and Carbis Bay. Surrounded by Tin mining heritage to explore on an array of routes, such as ‘The Great Flat Lode’, which we are situated near. The other wonderful thing about it is the stunning sun rises and sun sets. Due to very little light pollution in this area on a clear night it is like sitting in a Planetarium, so the hut has a skylight to allow you to witness this.

Bolitho Barton is a historic farmstead in the wild centre of the peninsula, yet within easy reach of both the north and south coastlines. The Annexe is a cosy modern space adjoined to the old farmhouse, with its own conservatory and garden.
