The layout of the house was especially conducive to visits from my son and grandsons. aged 15 and 12, plus 2 and 9 mths. Sleeping, activities on site as well as nearby made it easy and a real pleasure to be together. Cafe around the corner. All made it an ideal place for family fun as well as for adults alone.

Comfortable stay in a great location close to the beach. Fast and quick communication when needed. Would stay again :)

We loved staying at Nikki’s property. It is conveniently located near the beach perfect for morning jogging and for kids to play at the beach. There are a few neighbourhood pizza shop and cafe and nice restaurants. Rooms are clean with nice view.

There’s no place like this. Custom architecture. Thoughtfully designed interior. It truly is an oasis for someone who prioritizes attention to detail and thoughtful design elements. 2 minute walk to the beach. 8 minute walk to a strip of incredible restaurants. Less touristy than Broadbeach. Communication with the host was effortless. A hidden reading nook/attic was a delightful and unexpected cherry on top.

We had a wonderful time at Alfredo’s villa near the beach. It’s very peaceful and quiet, but also easily walkable to restaurants and cafes nearby. The interior was also neat and tidy with all the amenities we would’ve wanted. Overall a cozy and relaxing stay that made us feel right at home. Highly recommend!

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The house is very comfortable and the location is excellent as you are within walking distance to shops, restaurants and beach.

Lovely secluded place to stay in easy walk of cavill and main shops We stayed for 12 days and it was a good space with lots of kitchen equipment Pool is more like a dipping pool size

The accomodation is so amazing, beautiful with everything locally at our fingertips .. We sadly would only have one inside suggestion more comfortable seating in the lounge room not enough to all sit around for conversations and again for outside more outdoor seating, just a couple more pool noodles for adults to just float with would be amazing, all in all the host the property the experience was wonderful

We had a lovely stay. Very much enjoyed the tranquility and stunning view that is even better in real life. Hosts very friendly. The place was pristine and of high quality. Keep in mind only kitchen sink aside from bathroom is outside near spa. Keep lights low at night in warmer months otherwise so many flying bugs take over outdoors 😅 stunning spot and hope to stay again.

Fantastic stay here. Hosts were tremendously helpful accommodating us at very late notice. Responsive and everything was in order and matched the descriptions and instructions. Lovely, clean place. Private location, but easy to get transport to the beach and reastaurants

great location and amenities. sauna was an awesome feature with the pool. also great opportunity for plane watching. very clean bedrooms although the double beds could make it a tight squeeze for two adults parking is on the street which worked fine mostly but might be tricky for young families with stuff to carry particularly in the rain. might occasionally have to park further away

The beds were super comfortable, and I appreciated the cozy touches throughout, like the plush blankets, ambient lighting and central air conditioning. The location was perfect—quiet neighborhood but close to shops, restaurants, and local attractions. I especially enjoyed the indoor space and billiards area; it was a lovely spot to unwind after a day of exploring. Everything about this stay exceeded my expectations, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! If you’re looking for a relaxing, comfortable, and memorable place to stay, look no further. The stay was so spacious and clean, I loved how the house smelt and the walk in wardrobe. We really loved how close the house was to shops in walking distance.

This was a great affordable place for a family to stay and explore the Gold Coast. Everything is 20-30 minutes away, which is fine. We would go out exploring all day or to the Theme Parks and come back for a peaceful quiet swim and relax afterwards. It was great to be able to prepare our own food.

This was an amazing house in an ideal location, close to theme parks, restaurants, harbour town and has a beautiful pool. Lots of room for our family of 6 and Mel was an excellent host and communicated quickly, friendly and was really helpful. Although this is their home not a professional Air Bnb the house is very clean, inviting and clutter free when you arrive and doesn’t feel as though you are invading someone else’s space. Easy parking, entry and had everything we needed for a great 7 night stay. Thank you so much for allowing us to enjoy your home and we hope you felt assured we respected it and cared for it like our own. Bek, Melanie and kids.
