Our cottage offers a relaxed comfortable stay with stunning mountain views & acres of parkland gardens to wander. Situated 10 km from Berry & 8 km from Kangaroo Valley, our location is perfect to explore these villages, South Coast Beaches (Jervis Bay a 1 hr drive) & the Shoalhaven region. Perfect for two (if there are kids or a 3rd adult a king single sofabed in the living area offers extra sleeping) - everyone loves interacting with our farm animals! 2 hr drive from Sydney 2.5 from Canberra.

We have just finished refurbishing this self-contained cottage. It is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, in the centre of a rural village so is very quiet. Walking distance to local cafes, supermarket, parks, pub, post office, parks, golf course, tennis courts. It is completely self contained with a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom/loungeroom with TV/DVD, air conditioning, ceiling fan. Northerly aspect so drenched in sun but fully insulated to keep you cosy on chilly nights. Off street car parking.

Relax in our private beautiful Japanese Studio , open plan bedroom and living room with seperate small bathroom. NOT suitable for children or pets. The Studio has a bar fridge , microwave, toaster, coffee pod machine and kettle. No kitchen. .Enjoy stunning 9 acres of gardens . Perfect location for photo shoots, wedding ceremonies or getaway. You will feel your worries ebb away while you listen to the natural surrounds, or your fave tunes. What you get up to during the day is totally up to you, go hiking, explore the local beaches, shops, cafés and eateries or simply sit by the fire with a good book and be alone with your thoughts! Roy's Run Farm Stay.

The comfortable one bedroom cottage is located on our 450 acre working cattle property. We are close to the seaside towns of Shellharbour and Kiama. You can enjoy the beaches and then come home and just sit and gaze at the views of the farm. We have many animals for you to get close to if you desire and an abundance of bird life on the property. The cottage has a comfortable veranda for you to relax and watch the horses and cattle graze. A country experience just 2 hrs drive from Sydney.

Kameruka is located 10 minutes from Queen Street Berry, a 20 minute drive to Seven Mile Beach and just a 15 minute stunning country drive in the other direction to the town of Kangaroo Valley.
