Our Place is full of country charm with little touches to make it feel more like your place! Cook in the full kitchen with a coffee bar, enjoy the deck to watch the stars or the animals play (Fiona the Great Pyrenees lives with her goats nearby & you may have visits from the friendliest beagle, Bella), or enjoy the fire-pit in the courtyard. We're far enough from town to enjoy the quiet but close enough for all things Eureka Springs/Branson has to offer. Let us be the reason you come each year!

You'll love this unique and romantic escape. This Caboose Cabin is set up on the rails, just as it was when it was rolling across the American countryside. You will find the Caboose furnished with a Full Bed, stand up shower, TV DVD player & Kitchenette. You will be able to relax on the spacious deck. The Park Suite is a great home base near downtown. It includes a king bed, kitchenette, wifi, flat screen tv, and outdoor deck. The Suite has a private entrance with designated off street parking. Common areas include the garden and our (Grotto) where you can see Gadd spring, one of the areas many natural springs. It’s a short walk to Historic downtowns shops, restaurants, and activities. This is also a pet friendly place, so your little four-legged family member is also welcome.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. King bed, over sized jetted spa tub, large deck, full kitchen, propane fireplace, and secluded tranquility. Minutes away from Downtown Eureka Springs and about 2 miles from the Kings River. No WIFI, but we do have DISH television. We are pet and family friendly!!! Due to the gravel driveway and incline, we do not recommend low to the ground sport cars or motorcycles, or please use caution.
