Welcome to our quiet little greenway home! Come enjoy our cozy condo with much to offer in the Cary area. Unit has a very comfy king and queen bed! Small families and business professionals welcome. We take our guests’ feedback seriously and have made all the suggested updates. Stay with us and see for yourself! Centrally-located and within walking distance of great food, coffee, bakeries, breweries, live music, arts festivals, the downtown farmers' market and park, and so much more! Perfect for a short getaway! We've enjoyed our time here and are now at a place in our lives where we want to share our home with others. We offer three beds for sleeping: one queen bed and two pull-out beds (queen sofa, twin loveseat). Pets are loved and welcome!

This is a detached home (864 sq ft on lower level - upstairs is private owner storage) in a safe, quiet, and private 1 acre compound that includes two other homes. The cottage features large kitchen, living area, deck, and convenient at-the-door parking and is a bright, open floor plan with 10 foot ceilings.
