This guest house is set on 20 acres of land that is bordered by Hyco Creek on the east and Caswell game land on the south. Great place for privacy and is a close get away for nature lovers, fishermen, hunters, or just a quiet place to escape the city! Direct access to Hyco Creek and the game land is available through the property - you could even kayak into Hyco lake if you wanted! Property has a secured gate for entrance and exit and property is located about 1/4 mile down an access road.

Hyco Hideaway

A lakeside retreat to call your own (at least for a little while). This two bedroom, one bath scenic cottage sits on approximately 250 feet of waterfront where you have a lake view from the huge screen porch. An open floor plan with fully furnished kitchen, beds, and full bath will make this an exceptional getaway. Nestled deep in the forest, the dock is accessible by a path that is steep in places or staircase plus steep timber steps with no handrail. Water depth at dock is shallow.

Unwind at this hidden jewel tucked in the woods on Hyco Lake. Forget tiny houses, this “Skinny House” boasts two bedrooms, two baths, a spacious open floor plan, cedar ceilings, fully equipped kitchen, gas grill, solo stove, laundry room. Indoor and outdoor living that is large enough for six adults. Floating dock invites you to spend your days on the lake - swimming, fishing, boating, or just soaking in the views. Cozy Hyco Lake Cottage

This is a quiet secluded Hyco Lake cottage located on the south end of the lake without a lot of boat traffic. It's a one bedroom, one bath cottage that opens to a front deck overlooking the lake. You may also use the screened-in porch and lower concrete patio of the main house during your stay. Due to the water being shallower on this end of the lake only fishing boats are allowed at the dock. We have two kayaks with paddles and life jackets available for your use.
