I stumbled on Angela’s listing while looking for a peaceful get away in the tropics. The Bahamas have a reputation for cruise ships and amazing resorts but my partner and I wanted something more secluded and quiet. And this listing was perfect. If you’d rather have a party vibe with lots of drinking and socializing, this listing is not for you. It’s for people who just want to get away from it all and enjoy time with loved ones. It’s perfect for a young couple, a new family and even has space for extended family too. The house is remote however. To avoid blowing your budget on taxis and rentals, you will need to do a big grocery haul and be comfortable with cooking during your stay. All-in-all we found exactly what we were looking for, well within our accommodation budget and will definitely repeat.

The cottage is located just behind the US Embassy on a private street with around the clock security, so I felt very safe. The cottage itself was very comfortable and relaxing. It's only about a 8 minute walk to the beach and all the restaurants on the beach. The Fish Fry area is a little over a mile away, but you can take the bus for 1.50. The two restaurants we tried there, Goldie's and Oh' Andros weren't very good. I was very disappointed with my overall experience with the restaurants in the area. My savior was the McDonald's just down the street from the cottage. This was my first time in the Bahamas and more than likely my last. The beach was beautiful, but I'm from South Florida...

Great place for a quick trip in and out of Nassau close to Baha Mar and Airport. A little hard to find so clarify directions, but otherwise very comfortable and Michael was great and responsive.

Janet’s place was absolutely everything and more! My husband and I went for my 40th birthday and it was the perfect place for my celebration! We wanted a quiet, private, walk out to beach paradise and let me tell you, Janet’s place did not disappoint! It is now my favorite place! Janet herself is sensational! She made sure we felt at home and had the best time. We also felt very safe. We will be back! Thank you Janet for sharing your beautiful and special home with us! Katie

Ich habe ein paar tolle Tage verbracht. Die Lage und die Aussicht sind einfach der Wahnsinn. Die Unterkunft ist sehr cozy eingerichtet, wie auf den Bildern. Bei genauerem Hinsehen, entdeckt man jedoch ein paar Kleinigkeiten die einfach behoben werden könnten. Lavelle hat jeweils schnell, freundlich und ausführlich auf meine Nachrichten geantwortet und konnte mir weiterhelfen. Ich würde wieder hingehen.

We had an amazing 6 night stay at Kyrene’s place. The unit was perfect for our family of 4. The location is ideal as it was an easy walk to the beach and to Atlantis. After spending some time around the Atlantis resort we were especially happy with our choice of a quiet Airbnb away from the crowds. Kyrene was an excellent host, very friendly and responsive.

Anna’s place was beautiful, quiet, and very peaceful. This was a last minute stay as my prior reservation was not successful at the last minute. I was visiting and needed a place for two nights and the location was very beautiful and the property is on lake. The surroundings were beautiful and quiet, and there were no issues during my stay. I would recommend and stay again. Near the airport, there are a few restaurants in the area and a convenience store, however, everything else is only a short distance.

My stay in Nassau was absolutely magical, and a huge part of that was thanks to the incredible hospitality of the incredible dynamic duo - Sonja and Juanita and their beautiful Airbnb! From the moment my family arrived, we felt welcomed and at home. The property was stunning – sparkling clean, beautifully decorated, and perfectly located for exploring all that Nassau has to offer. Juanita truly went above and beyond to make our trip unforgettable. She was incredibly responsive, offering fantastic local recommendations and ensuring we had everything we needed. Her warm and genuine personality made us feel like we were visiting family. If you're looking for a truly exceptional Airbnb experience in Nassau, look no further! I can't recommend Sonja/Juanita and their properties highly enough. It was a perfect slice of paradise, and we can't wait to return. Thank you, Juanita, for making our vacation so special!

John’s place was just as the pictures and description! Perfect location with lovely views and walkway to Atlantis plus more! John’s place was spacious and clean, plenty of room for my two year daughter. John had a lot of recommendations and instructions and was always so quick to respond. We will definitely be coming back especially for the balcony with the most amazing view!
