This beautifully remodeled guest casita is centrally-located within Tucson. Walking distance to the Tucson Mall, the loop, many restaurants and parks. The gated community has a community pool/spa and dog run. The inner courtyard has a many plants and beautiful large quartz rocks. As you walk into your private entrance Studio you will see tile plank floor, a queen bed, 55in curve tv, dresser and a little desk. This room also has a kitchenette with quartz countertop and luxurious private bathroom.

The studio provides ample privacy. If you’re driving, park your car in the driveway or on the street. This area is full of the classic post WWII starter homes in a well established neighborhood. The square footage of the studio space is about 300 feet. It’s ideal for stays for 1-2 people. If a guest needs space to work too, there is a desk and high speed fiber optic internet with wifi. Pets are welcome with a small fee for additional cleaning. La Madera Park, is 1/2 a block away.

Welcome to Casita Tolsa! We are close to La Encantada Mall with Shopping, and Restaurants close by. Our Studio Guest Suite has private entrance, parking, outdoor BBQ, Patio Dining, Private Roof Deck, mini fridge, coffee Machine, toaster oven and microwave. Local Art Galleries close by with views of every mountain range and the city. Enjoy the traditional territorial style, the wood beam ceilings, the patio, the fireplace.

The Casita

My place is close to Mt Lemon, Sabino Canyon, hiking, running and biking trails. It is the best of both worlds, it is in the country but has all the city amenities of shopping, restaurants and entertainment close by! There is a queen bed and sleeper sofa and any additional air mattresses that you would need! My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
