5 star all around. The host is an amazing communicator and wants you to have a great experience. Clean, comfy and modern. Everything exceeded expectations. Would highly recommend to couples, families and solid travelers. Everything is brand new and works efficiently. Easy check in. Beautiful gym. Washer and dryer in unit - so clutch when you travel. Close to shops and restaurants. The development is a little hard to find - use Google maps, not Apple, or use the coordinates they give you. It’s so new the maps are not updated with Apple. Just can’t say enough good stuff about the rental. I have been a host and have stayed many places and this one is top notch. 5/5 no question.

The apartment was very new and clean! Communication with the hosts was very good. It seemed to be a very safe neighborhood. This is a very quiet area and there is no smoking anywhere in the complex. It was a good value for the nightly rate.

this was a great stay. the accommodations were absolutely perfect. very clean unit with everything you need to cook, clean and get by for however long you need to stay. the amenities around the apartment complex are over the top. there are barbecue grills gazebos the weight room is got everything you need. the pool is incredibly nice. the security on site is great as well. your kids can't wander into the pool without their parental supervision. what a great stay. I would highly recommend it for anyone in the Mooresville or Charlotte area

Stayed here for a few weeks and it felt like home straight away. Had everything I needed to live with for a longer period of time. The complex is basically still brand new and all the included ammenities really added onto the whole experience

We enjoyed this loft….we were in town for an AAU basketball tournament for our daughter…great space…only gripe was just one shower…1.5 baths. Otherwise the unit location is awesome and urban modern cool decor …walk to breakfast, lunch, dinner….cool bars and shops…walk to the gym too!

This place is gorgeous! Just like the pictures, but better. I love the trendy decor and the cleanliness was top notch. So much to do 2 min away. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely space and wish my trip hadn’t gotten cut short so that I could’ve really settled in to the space! The private porch and entrance is a great touch along with the size of the space and overall decor. Very homey and welcoming! Kira was a gracious and proactive host. Would definitely recommend 10/10!

This house was awesome! My Fiancé and I rented this to gather family for Easter 2025. Linda gave us permission to have family who were semi local to visit for our Easter dinner which was so special to us! My guests staying with us were impressed with how relaxing the back area was with the pool and the sunroom. We had multiple adults, our niece (6mo) and several of our 4 legged nieces / nephews and there was plenty of space for us all. We are so grateful for Linda and her generosity! The day of check out one of our guests had rental car issues that took several hours to correct. Linda was gracious enough to extend our check out to allow time for them to fix the car issues and then get back to the house to pack up. We will definitely be coming back!

Great place to stay! Renting a pontoon boat was fun and it was great that we could keep it at our own dock!

When we arrived we were welcomed with flowers, that was so sweet. Thank you this stay was amazing.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful lakeside property. The kayaks, game room, and plenty of space was perfect for multiple young families to enjoy a long weekend. Minutes away from grocery stores, etc. We also opted for the boat rental they offer to help coordinate which was fantastic!

Beautiful home in a lakefront community. We loved the separate living areas and the games for our older kids. Hot tub was a hit as well. We could have used the community pool but did not bring swimsuits. Next time!

Amazing place!! We may have only stayed for less than 48hrs, but it was well worth it! Our dogs loved it, our kids loved it, and I loved it!

Perfect place to stay, clean, quiet, close to everything! We will be staying again. We would recommend any property of Jason, he was quick to respond and always there to help with any questions we had. 10 out of 10!
