Absolutely love this place! So private, on a ton of land with a gate and everything, and so many amenities, the indoor pool is absolutely crazy! Love it

This stay was FANTASTIC because of Megin AND the home. The decorators touch in this house makes you believe you are in a resort. The entire house is beautiful, with large comfy leather couches in the great room. There were seating areas on all three porches (I used the screened in porch each morning for my coffee time.) There was wood for the fire pit and charcoal for the grill. The kitchen was stocked with EVERY APPLIANCE AND BAKING/COOKING item that I desired. Never have I had a kitchen so well stocked. There were so many small touches added that we didn’t feel like we were in a rental! The house is very large and it was VERY clean. It was lovely. The golf cart looks and runs like new and the community dock is super close. The hot tub was hot as well as clean. Megin answered my every question extremely quickly. The expense of this trip was worth every penny. I would/will request this house again! I would buy it if I could. I would give this Airbnb 10 stars if I could. Thanks, Megin

Wonderful vacation home!! This property is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need and more! It is probably the most well stocked vacation home I have ever rented! The home was very clean, terrific views, comfortable beds, and plenty of space for a large group. We hope to return in the summer to take more advantage of the lake! Cynthia is a terrific host, highly recommend this property!

This property was an amazing place to stay! We had four kids with us, and there was so much for them to do. They were great kayaks, tons of games and a beautiful lake. The location was quiet and beautiful. The house was spotless and had everything we needed at all times. We would definitely recommend for people to stay there and would go there again. Had a wonderful time.

Denise's place is breathtakingly beautiful. not only was everything in excellent condition, the decor was stunning. There was plenty of room for our bunch, and she had plenty of amenities for us. Aside from the place, Denise was a fantastic hostess. She was responsive and friendly the entire time we were there. Wonderful stay!

Lisa was a very responsive host and we appreciate that the property is dog friendly! The kitchen was stocked with all the necessary items for our stay and the bathrooms were pristine. It's a new home, so everything is spotless and comfortable. The host lives on site, but we barely heard them while we were staying there.

We had a very good time on this house, everyone enjoyed and my baby was really happy when all the books and toys. The rooms were all clean and the rec room was great. We hope we can go back to this house soon. Thank you Melanie for let us stay at your house.

Can’t say enough about Zack’s home. It was the perfect spot for a quiet, peaceful but also incredibly fun getaway! The house was just as pictured (if not better). It was immaculate and had everything we could possibly need for our stay. The deck was perfect for relaxing the sun as well as a tasty dinner on the grill. The bonus bar room provided many competitive & fun rounds of darts while keeping up with sports games on tv. The dock was the perfect relaxation spot. Our boys also used it to fish from and also jumped in a few times. We took advantage of both the kayaks and the boat rental. SOO fun!! Zack’s dad, Jeff, explained everything needed to use the boat. He was extremely friendly and helpful. We had the best time, felt right at home and created a ton of fun family memories here. Definitely hope to visit again!

My family and I loved this home so much that we can’t wait to go back. The home is beautiful inside and out. Fully equipped kitchen, comfy beds, amazing deck and dock. The view from this home is absolutely gorgeous. We loved watching people enjoying the lake on their boats and jet skis. My daughters loved the paddle boat. The home is fully supplied with life vests also. We really appreciated that. This home outshined any home I ever booked. 10 out of 10! Can’t get over the views and multiple decks. We will be back :).

We had 7 family members and two dogs stay at the house and it was perfect. The river beautiful and the beach makes it easy to slip the boats in and out. The host was very responsive and helpful.

My only complaint is the instructions for checking in on the keypad lacked a key component. Had to search out office staff at the place to find out how to check in the main gate. Everything else was very simple. Great stay. Beautiful and clean accommodations. Very convenient to everything I wanted to do. Would stay again.

The beds were really comfortable and clean. The house felt really homey, all the lights shined bright, AC felt really good. The location is in a safe neighborhood. Beautiful kitchen with spacious countertop and clean silverware for use. The living room had a big TV to watch movies on at night. The owners responded super fast and provided a lot of helpful information.

We had a great time, wonderful space to have family gathering.

Well off the beaten path, but if that's what you're looking for, this is it. Clean, comfortable space with plenty of room to enjoy the outdoors. We'd stay there again.

Alicia & John were lovely hosts. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for cooking meals. There were extra towels & washcloths for our family of five. Lots of great info in their guest binder. Covered pier was an amazing place to spend mornings & evenings. Thanks for a fabulous stay!

The property location was perfect on the Lake and close to Restaurants and shopping. The host was very helpful with local recommendations and highlights of the area.

What an absolutely magical cabin this is!! It is tucked away in the beautiful trees and feels very private and tranquil, but it’s easily walkable to the Linville Land Harbor amenities, rec center, lovely pool, the lake are all within a 4 minute walk from the sweet cabin. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked with nice pots and pans and a beautiful array of spices and oils. And Marta is incredibly welcoming and responsive. We will definitely be back, hopefully in the near future. There were four of us this weekend, two adults and two children, and we had plenty of space to spread out and relax. If you are looking for a beautiful relaxing spot, especially with children who enjoy swimming, look no further!

Tom and Melissa were excellent hosts and their cozy cabin was exactly as pictured. We enjoyed the screened porch, outside swing, fire pit and the comfortable bed. The kitchen was well stocked and organized. The decor was bursting with tasteful details throughout. We visited various spots around Lake James and found the location to be convenient while still private. We really enjoyed our visit.

Beautiful and relaxing little cabin by a pond. Great for excursions to hiking spots in the region. Joey was very helpful and responsive. Be aware that there is no stove/oven, but there is a microwave and gas grill. We really enjoyed using the grill, which is on a patio overlooking the pond!

I rented the place as a Christmas present for my daughter and her husband. I kept my granddaughter while they stayed. They had problems with the internet and James made a trip to the house and personally fixed the problem. They said he was really nice.
