Our stay was wonderful! The place had everything we needed – well-equipped with everyday essentials and a beautiful, pleasant scent throughout. The two dishwashers and large double door fridge were perfect for our large group. We also loved how close it was to the beach, just a short walk away. We'd definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

My partner and I spent Christmas at Lydia’s Peace villa. The stay was excellent. Super comfy bed, swimming pool during the and hot tub in the evening were the perfect combination for a relaxing getaway. We will be back.

A Mediterranean Dream – The Perfect Getaway! Our stay at Jaymie’s breathtaking Mediterranean villa in Anna Bay was nothing short of a dream! From the moment we arrived, we were in awe of the stunning architecture, serene ambiance, and luxurious details—especially the private plunge pool, which made our stay even more special. Jaymie has truly created an oasis. The check-in and check-out process was effortless, and she was incredibly informative and helpful throughout our stay. Every little detail of the villa was thoughtfully curated, making it feel like a slice of paradise. My husband and I were so inspired by the beauty and elegance of this space that we are now planning to renovate our own home! Beyond the villa, the location itself is magical! From thrilling camel rides and 4x4 adventures on the sand dunes to dining at incredible restaurants (Atmos in Shoal Bay served some of the best food we’ve ever had!), every moment of our trip was unforgettable.

This place is amazing! Even better than the pictures. The location is perfect, just off the main road and so close to winery’s as well as convenient petrol station etc. The farm itself was stunning. The place was so well kept, with the hot tub and small lake making the sunset views over the Hunter valley even more amazing. Waking up to 10s of kangaroos just outside the bedroom window was surreal. Check in was super easy and communication was 10/10 throughout. Could not recommend this place enough!

Great location, beautiful surrounding with Kylie & Trent great hosts. Enjoyed wonderful walks up ridges & around property, got to see wombats & Roos. The accommodation was well presented, beds were great. Thanks for a great stay & tips on buying in region, it was appreciated.

Our third time staying at Brokenback & we will definitely be back. The villa is lovely and very well appointed, great location close by to all of Hunter Valley’s attractions. The veranda with a comfortable lounge is a highlight, watching the stars at night from there is magical.

The place was so spacious and had everything we need for our stay. We had a great time there. It was very calm and peaceful. The house is well equipped. Loved the sound system. That was the best thing we found for our entertainment. Thank you George for all the arrangements. Highly recommended.

We had a great stay at Melanie's over the New years period. The house has a great layout for families or large friend groups looking for a relaxed getaway. The house is well looked after and has all the amenities you could need for any length of getaway.

A fantastic staycation for our team. Loved our morning walks around the area, grabbing coffee down by the water, enjoying afternoon drinks on the balcony and cooking in the kitchen. St Siandra is a short 15 min walk and highly recommended for a lovely long lunch (simply walk up the road to upper spit road and take the righthand track at the end of the road down to the road where it's an easy walk down to the spit). Whilst the garage is on the main road there are large breaks in traffic. We loved our time here.

Bruno was the best host we’ve ever had (and we stay in AirBnBs a lot!). Bruno and his wonderful family went above and beyond to make sure our Christmas stay was special. We loved the spacious home with incredible views of Garigal National Park. The location is perfect to do all the things Sydney has to offer. It’s an easy 20 minute drive to Manly where you can ferry to basically anywhere. We even made a day trip to the Blue Mountains, which was so enjoyable. There are walkable shops and restaurants. It’s beautiful and hilly, so it’s also a nice little exercise too! It’s close to some beautiful hikes as well. We comfortably slept 11 adults and an infant. The house is very big, and we used the perfect temperature pool every single day. We loved the place and are already talking about coming back! Thanks Bruno and family for being so fabulous!

Very spacious and amazing house

The perfect place in such a beaut location. The best house to stay in for exploring the local wineries. Very clean, comfortable and fantastic views over the golf course.

The house was clean and tidy, great Airbnb for kids with toys, games, treehouse, swings and trampoline on the property. And of course the pool which was in perfect condition.

Stayed with my parents who were over visiting from the UK! They absolutely loved the location by the lake and throughly enjoyed waking up to kangaroos in the back garden!

We loved our stay at Alexander’s place in Magenta Shores, he was an amazing host, very quick to respond to any messages and tried to be flexible where he could. The house itself was spotlessly clean, modern furnishings and in a great location within the resort (overlooking the main lagoon pool). Unfortunately the heated indoor pool was out of action during our stay, however we made good use of all other facilities, our two young boys really enjoyed the pools and playground. My only small gripe is that we found the beds to be rather uncomfortable, as they were quite soft, however this is a minor issue. We would definitely stay again!

We had a fantastic family getaway at Jo's Villa at Raffertys Resort in Cams Wharf. The villa was spacious, spotless, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It was perfectly set up for families, with thoughtful touches throughout that made it feel like a home away from home. The resort itself is beautiful — nestled between bushland and Lake Macquarie, with great access to pools, tennis courts, and walking trails. The kids especially loved the freedom to swim, explore, and spot wildlife. Jo was incredibly welcoming and responsive from the moment we booked. They made check-in a breeze and went above and beyond to ensure we had a smooth stay, even sharing local tips and dining options. That personal touch really elevated the whole experience. We’d absolutely recommend this villa and host to any families looking for a peaceful, well-appointed base to explore the area or just unwind. We’ll definitely be back!

Lisa was very helpful and responsive. A cot was provided upon request. The house was close to the main beach, restaurants and shops. The house was very tidy and clean and we had a lovely time by the pool. Would stay here again.
