I have become a regular for remote work. Ma'am Fe and the staff has always been friendly, helpful and kind to me everytime I'm at the listing. It's price is definitely lower than the nearby listings and well-maintained unlike the other listings I have been in. Still a favorite for me and 5/5 stars.

This was our second time staying with this host, and we’re already looking forward to the third! It’s always a pleasure staying in one of her listings — the peaceful surroundings, the stunning room view, and the cozy, comfortable bed made our stay truly relaxing. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided, making it feel like a home away from home.

We truly had an amazing experience! Nadine was very patient, generous, and accommodating. The furnitures, interiors, and design were not like other Airbnbs, you can say that it’s carefully thought for and picked—it exceeded our expectations. The room is well-maintained and clean as well. It felt like home. We even extended our stay as we indeed enjoy our stay at her place. Thank you so much Nadine!

The unit has very fast reliable wifi, big TV and an active Netflix account. The A/C units work great. The beds are comfortable, the shower has decent pressure. We found cooking a little challenging as it is a mini kitchen/area, but the photos show that. The air fryer was a nice bonus. We would have enjoyed having a microwave oven, but it is as advertised. Overall a great unit. the landlord may have found me high maintenance, but he always responded and we worked out what we needed to.

As a host Kaye was awesome and responsive, the place was wonderful, a few small things that had nothing to do with our host Kaye. The water was not mineral so I'd recommend bringing your own water, we would have loved to have found a broom to clean up a little better. The place is great to accommodate your family, rooms are comfy and the design is minimalist. The bathroom was clean and felt comfortable to use. Our stay was awesome and had a great time at the wave pool. I did see a few things that could use some repair like the longer sofa be sure to be careful as it looks like it might be out of service soon although it has the softest cushions! All in all I recommend Kaye's place 110%, just please treat all the furniture and appliances as if it was your own. Thanks Kaye!

Janelle was very accommodating! One of the best accommodations I have ever had when visiting Manila from Iloilo. I can't wait to come back and recommend her place to my colleagues. The place was really clean and smells so good. It's near fast food chains like McDonald's, Jollibee, Starbucks, Dunkin, 7 Eleven and etc. if you want a quick bite during wee hours. They are just a few walks away and visible from the room's window. The area is also easy to locate and the neighborhood is very nice with the right amount of peace and quite. If you're looking for a place to stay, I highly recommend Janelle's place! Thank you so much!

The place is very nice, spacious, well-maintained, as well as complete of appliances, supplies, and amenities. Very good for big group like us, since there were 2 rooms which were nice to separate the boys and the girls. The unit is near the guard house and just a few steps away from the parking, the pool, and the beach. I recommend this for those groups who want to go for an outing and to hangout with their friends or family while having a relaxing view of the sea. Also, Ms. Zeta, the owner was very kind and accommodating. She was very responsive to our queries and easy to deal with. Ms. Myrna and Mr. Renz, the caretakers were also very kind, accommodating, proactive, informative, and easy to deal with. I would like to thank each one of them for the fast and smooth transaction. My family had a great stay at Kim's place. From the start, she was very accommodating and responsive—she answered all my questions quickly and made the whole booking process smooth and hassle-free. The place itself is spacious, clean and well-kept which made it really comfortable to stay in. One of their favorite parts was the veranda—it has such a nice view and is the perfect spot to relax, especially in the morning or late afternoon. Overall, it's a peaceful and cozy spot, and I truly appreciated Kim’s hospitality. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Stayed for 2 nights. Loved our stay. It had everything that we needed. Space was big enough, cozy and loved that there were so many movie apps to choose from. I only wish they had a tv in the room too . The receptionist was friendly, the host was responsive. Place was safe and quiet. I appreciate that it’s not a high building. Really nice to just stay a few days and rest with the weather so hot in Manila. Thanks Yen.

The place was serene and peaceful away from the noise of the city proper also there's a lot of restos nearby.. the unit was very clean and spotless, no hassle on our check in and check out. The place is very clean and homey, plus we felt relaxed after the long and hot summer drive when we arrived at the unit. Prior check-in, Tes has been a wonderful host, updating us with tips for our stay and reminders on what to prepare. The complete kitchen amenities helped us cook and reheat our own food during our entire stay. Also, there are toys available for my 2-y.o nephew :) I look forward to book with Tes again when we plan our Pico de Loro trip in the future. :)
