Roderick's house is perfect for a family's stay, its spacious, has an amazing TV in the living room so you can enjoy movies with your kids. Roderick is also a great host with quick and clear communication.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Sir Kevin's place! The apartment was spotless and beautifully decorated. Sir Kevin was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, always quick to answer our questions. The location was also perfect. Highly recommend!

The room was very neat, homey, and worth the price! I rented the room for a month, and the host was very welcoming, kind, and accommodating. You’ve got everything you could need, from TV with Netflix to the co-working space (which is very handy if you’re to rent the place for work/school). The place is also a 3 to 5-minute walk from the main road if you travel via commuting. Overall, I had a great stay and experience at the place!

I highly recommend Lee Berna's. I had the restful stay that I needed prior to my training in Vermosa. The room is very clean and tidy. Ma'am Bernadeth is very responsive and warm. Sir Arnel is incredibly thoughtful and from check in to check out very helpful, he made sure we arrived safely to his humble home. Even though na papasok pa un area, we felt safe sa loob ng bahay. We have so much to do kahit di lumabas ng bahay, you can watch netflix and chill, mababait din ang mga kapitbahay, meron sari sari store sa tapat kaya madali lang bumili if may nakalimutan. yung room very clean, masarap matulog sa kama sa loob ng kwarto. marami rin spare bed foam if marami kayong magkakasama. the amenities written here are all there. The price we paid is all worth it. Just make sure na meron kang private vehicle if you book this. We will definitely book again if makabalik kami. Thank you so much Sir Arnel!

I was super lucky to find this place which is new. It is really quiet, beautiful inside, great WiFi, and very clean inside. I travel most weeks for work and will definitely come back.

We're composed of 3 couples that attended a wedding at Tagaytay Highlands. If you're looking for a place to stay near the said venue and will be booking as a group also then we highly recommend Ms. Cha's place! We requested to have access to all 3 rooms and Ms. Cha graciously approved our request. Listing is accurate, environment is peaceful, and there's also enough parking space to accommodate 2-3 cars. We requested in advance the towels but kindly bring your own toiletries because these will not be provided. Too bad we had to leave the next day after the wedding but my friends were able to try their videoke. The boys enjoyed lounging by the big couch din as they played their mobile games. We hope to be back next time for a proper staycation so we can enjoy more the other activities available within the place. Thanks again Ms. Cha and Ate Riza for welcoming and assisting us at your homestay! :)

This place was perfect for my family.. So many things to do outside the house barbeque, swimming, chatting at big outdoor chair, games etc. We came from Canada. We had a good memory at this house. We will definitely come back. The caretaker Rose was very nice and approachable.

Nini's place had all the necessities for a comfortable stay. The place itself was homey and was in a quiet community. We had no isssues during our 4D3N stay. Only catch may be the roadside parking (if you are bringing a car) as you will have to adjust to the neighborhood needs. Nini was also very responsive to our inquiries and gracious to our requests. Very good communication.
