Only 1 room is enclosed and the other room is open to the living room. Our home has 2 double beds and a bunk bed with double size pull-out bed and single size top bed. No party. Pet not allowed. Two bedrooms with lofts are located in the top level and another bedroom and the game room are located in the lower level. The game room leads to the garden with a picnic table and grill. A few minutes walk will bring you to the beach.
