This is a stylish and peaceful hideaway by the sea, nestling in the beautiful old town area of Scarborough. Dating back to 1730 this Georgian town house was the Dairy for the Old Town. The fully self contained basement flat has been renovated to a very high standard. There is underfloor heating throughout, and a wood burning stove in the living room. A 20 second walk brings you to the cliff top benches where you can sit and take in the stunning view of the bay and the castle. We are a 5min walk from the beach and 10min to the town centre. It’s on the ground floor of our 5 storey Victorian terrace family home. It is separate from the rest of the house so you’ll have full privacy. There’s plenty of space and the location is amazing!
