This is an attached studio, one block from beach and very spacious. The house upstairs is our home/rental (so expect some noise). Room is a converted workshop, so it's a little industrial but we have done a lot of work to fix it up pretty cute. Wide open space. Space heater included. Use of fridge, coffee maker, microwave and water heater but otherwise no 'kitchen'. Bathroom w/ shower, toilet & sink.

Well, this is definitely a vacation rental that you will not forget from the moment you arrive to the property. The home has been passionately decorated inside and out. There are ocean views from almost every room in the home, not to mention the two exterior decks where guests can lounge. The neighborhood is all residential and peaceful.
