This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Casa Villa is a tiny home ( park model) 384 sq feet with vaulted ceilings. It feels so spacious, it’s surprising! One bedroom with a queen size bed, full kitchen , full bath, and a living room. Grill, chill, relax and enjoy the open field view. This is one floor, no loft. Please understand this is a country setting , the water runs off of a well, it gets dark out here and occasionally wildlife can be seen , frogs can be heard and bugs are found 😊

HIdden Valley Farm —Guest House

Situated on a scenic hill in a wooded country setting it’s like waking up in a state park every morning. Just 20 min E of Columbus in Alexandria, Oh. Forget city noise and enjoy wooded hiking trails just outside your door. The Guest House is one of two Airbnb units available on our property. Welcome to a farmhouse style guest house built in the late 1800's located in the village of Utica-an hour east of Columbus and the entrance of Amish Country byway to Holmes County-an hour away. It is conveniently located on the corner of State Rt. 62 and 13...busy and noisy intersection; but cozy, private, and relaxing inside. You have the apartment to yourself-large kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee bar, as well as pastries, snacks, and diy breakfasts available.
