The apartment is located in the center of the city only minutes walk to its beautiful shoreline. Apartment itself has everything we needed for the stay. Very roomy and the lighting and heating of the apartment work like a charm. We enjoyed the kitchen very much because all the layouts make sense. The host is very friendly and proactive. Every time we needed something, he was always there to help. Very responsive and willing to take good care of us. We had a very enjoyable experience there. We will definitely come back again. Absolutely five stars!

Excellent apartment in a great location. Spacious, comfortable, clean, even though the place itself and the amenities are a bit dated. The host is very friendly quick to answer any questions or solve any problems. I will stay here again when I get back to Baku.

Great host, had a comfortable stay and even arranged cab for travel

This is a very nice house within a few minutes walk of the Caspian Sea. It is clean and comfortable. It can accommodate well a family or group. The internet is strong, the TV has streaming services, hot water is always available, and the washing machine is convenient. The homes in this area do not have street addresses. My group used the car service Bolt and that service worked well. Elshan is an excellent host… very helpful and communicates quickly. Elshan rented this home to us at a very fair price when others were inflating theirs. I recommend this home, especially if you would like to be near the sea.

Good place to stay near to Nizami street

Дом полностью соответствует описанию, чистый уютный и очень комфортный, две спальни большая кухня есть все необходимые принадлежности ,посудомоечная машина, гриль, стиральная машина, фен, полотенца и банные принадлежности. Хочу также отметить хозяина дома Павла, он всегда был на связи и помогал нам с любыми вопросами, подсказал где покушать на территории базы отдыха, и даже оставил нам удочку для любителей рыбалки . Наш отдых прошёл безупречно, спасибо большое.

Мы останавливались здесь с 24 апреля по 2 мая. В доме жили две семьи, 7 человек. Места хватило всем. Очень уютный дворик, есть мангал, даже самовар принесли) Мебель не новая, но дома очень чисто и аккуратно. До моря мин 7. До Баку 25 мин на такси, 10 манат примерно. Спасибо за чудесный отдых!

Приятная студия, где есть всё необходимое. Находится в минуте ходьбы от пляжа, рядом есть парк. Мы ездили не в сезон, поэтому близость кафе и магазинов оценить не можем, но думаем, что летом с ними проблем нет. Хозяйка всегда на связи. Единственное, было бы неплохо иметь возможность самозаселения, а то нам пришлось подождать минут 30 ключи.

Value for money We stayed there for two nights. It’s walkable to Triveni Ghat. Wish to stay there again

Place is spacious, neat and clean as described. Flat is on 2nd floor but lift is there. washing machine and Inverter are also there. Zomato and Swiggy service available from good restaurants. Fully functional kitchen was there. Caretaker Mr Keshew was always there on a phone call. We enjoyed our stay like our home.

Sehr schöne, moderne und geräumige Wohnung in zentraler Lage. Alles war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Gastgeber war jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Klare Empfehlung für einen Aufenthalt in Baku!

Awesome and unique experience ! the surroundings are much busier than expected, but you will have a great time once you settle in and walk around. The interior is clean and cozy. I'd suggest dipping in the Ganga and walking across the Ram Jhula bridge
