Decadent Art Deco Apartment in Old Town

Located in the heart of Prague's historic city center this stunning space is a perfect blend of old-world charm and modern luxury, featuring art-deco details and elegant decor. The comfortable king-size beds, pillow menu and plush bathrobes, ensues a restful and relaxing night's sleep. Whether you're in town for business or pleasure, this unique apartment is the perfect base from which to explore the city. Our gorgeous Art Nouveau apartment is situated in the old Jewish quarter 3 minutes walk from Old Town Square and 7 minutes from Charles Bridge. We have created a romantic holiday apartment with fully equipped with all your city break essentials. Although there are 4 steps at the entrance of the apartment building, there is an elevator which will glide you to our fourth floor apartment. We have 2 double bedrooms with king sized beds and a choice of pillows. One bedroom has a balcony the other has an ensuite bathroom both with air conditioning. We have a spacious air conditioned lounge with a high-quality sofa bed with a proper comfortable queen sized mattress and a large single (small double) 150cm standard sofa bed. There are 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bath both have a great selection of cosmetic and sanitary items - please help yourself in an "emergency". We have a 121 cm Samsung TV with over 1,000 satellite programmes and Netflix to chose from. We also provide a data enabled tablet computer for your use during your stay. This also lists our favourite restaurants and to tourist attractions which you will find on G-maps. You will never be lost in Prague! The block has 24 hour security with the entrance lobby manned between 6 am and 12 pm at night. In the heart of the Jewish quarter we are only 3 minutes walk from Old Town Square and 7 minutes to Charles Bridge. The local Metro station, Staroměstská is also 3 minutes walk away. We want you to have an enjoyable stress free stay with us so we provide all the essentials that you might need for your luxurious visit here in Prague. The apartment is in the historical center, just two minutes from the Old Town Square, by the Jewish Maisel Synagogue. It's one minute to the most luxurious shopping in Prague—Parizska Street. Although inside the apartment it is very peaceful. The most popular Prague attractions are all within walking distance of our centrally located apartment. The nearest metro station and tram stop is Staroměstská, only 5 minutes walk from the apartment; from there you are connected to Prague's extensive public transport system. Metro/tram tickets are available from automatic machines at tram and metro stops as well as some convenience stores and tobacconists. Gorgeous Suite in the Center of Berlin

This large private 2-room guest suite (68 sqm / 732 sq ft) is located in an independent wing of our apartment, dedicated specifically to our guests and family members staying over at our place. It is completely independent and very private, located on the first floor, facing the calm and charming inner garden of a new construction condominium building with floor to ceiling french windows and luxurious indoor and outdoor finishings. A private elevator leads directly into the apartment, where a separate door opens directly into your private suite area. The space features elegant heartwood floors with central heating, a sleek, luxurious and modern bathroom with rain shower and separate bathtub, as well as a fully equipped modern high-end kitchen. The living spaces are elegantly furnished with lots of love to small details. The bedroom features a king size (180x200cm) luxurious and very comfortable boxspring bed, where good night's sleep is guaranteed! All rooms of the suite face calm idyllic gardens, that will make you forget that you're actually staying in the city center. Guests have access to a 49 inch TV with Amazon FireTV Stick and complimentary entertainment: International TV, Netflix & Amazon PrimeVideo. Every guest finds at his arrival a breakfast set containing coffee, tea, Nesquik, jam, honey, Nutella, cornflakes, as well as a fridge filled with fresh milk, juice, butter, cheese and salami. Croissants and mini baguettes are in the freezer and ready to be baked in the oven. You will also find cooking essentials as olive oil, aceto balsamico, salt and pepper. One of us is always available online. In case you need any kind of help, please don't hesitate to let us know and feel free to contact us. We'll be happy to help! Located in the historic city center, this charming neighborhood is walking distance from superb restaurants and shopping as well as iconic locations like the Alexanderplatz, Checkpoint Charlie, and opera houses. U2 subway station is located in front of the building entrance. S-Bahnhof Alexanderplatz is within 2 min walking distance. If you need to do your laundry please let us know one day before your arrival . We'll gladly do the laundry for you, but we need to organize it, as the washing machine is located in our part of the apartment. You'll find a laundry bag in the bedroom's closet. The full service costs 20€ (to be paid cash upon arrival).

Step into the past amid modern luxury in this apartment set in a revitalized old building from 1895. The residence features wood flooring and decor, touches of color amid neutral tones, a slight mid-century modern aesthetic, and an outdoor lounge space. In our luxurious apartment at the Federal Administrative Court you live in the heart of Leipzig. The apartment is the ideal apartment for singles or couples. It is an elaborately renovated old building with a luxurious ambience. The 50 square meter apartment combines the nostalgia of the old town house with modern living comfort. Real wood parquet and high ceilings with indirect light as well as the matching modern furnishing details provide a very individual atmosphere. All pictures were shot by us and mostly reflect our Greece trips. The apartment has TV and radio; High-speed Internet via Wi-Fi is included in the rental rates. Of course you will find towels and a hair dryer in the modern bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with high quality appliances (Villeroy & Boch, WMF, etc.). parking: The side street offers free parking. There is a private parking for 15 euros per night. komplett complete The apartment is located in the heart of Leipzig's city center. The renowned street, "Karli" is within walking distance of the building as well as the Johanna and Clara-Zetkin Parks. There are two stops right outside the front door and the city center is just a road crossing away. Perfect location for all concerns. Parking is possible in the side street, where almost always a place is available. Despite the good connection, the apartment is very quiet, as the windows go to the courtyard. Please wash dishes before leaving and throw garbage into the garbage containers in the courtyard.
