The location is most ideal as it is just a short 10min walk from enjoying the nature trails of canyon park, and the wonderful dining, cafes, and bars of Old Town Monrovia. This is a perfect getaway for one or two couples.

This cottage offers endless relaxation. 10 minutes to the beach. Upon request we offer, for an additional fee. (Feb 2025- The Topanga village and homes were spared from the Palisades fire) Welcome to Orchard House Retreat! This 700 sqft private house is in an ancient oak forest in Topanga Canyon near Topanga State Park, the village and the beach! It’s a charming 1 bedroom 1 bath with a cozy living/dining space, modern kitchen and a deck. There’s a well stocked kitchen and orchard. Please note there are two sets of stairs up to the Retreat so being able to climb stairs is necessary. Please see photos.

Welcome to "The Captains Cottage" in the charming Alamitos Beach neighborhood. This 100 year old duplex cottage is walking distance to many fun shops and eateries. 5 minutes on foot to Bixby Park overlooking the Pacific Ocean. This cottage has a private rear patio space to relax after a day of shopping or beach time. Kitchen is equipped to prepare meals if you wish. But there are many dining options within walking distance. This home is not wheelchair accessible. No pets and no smoking.
