Had an enjoyable stay at Tessie's place. The apartment is located just a stone's throw away from The Westin Hotel and Residences Manila and Shangri-la EDSA Hotel. Both 5 star luxury hotels located in premier city addresses all over the world.

This is a great place to stay right near the action. It's a large one bedroom apartment with a great little kitchen, dining table and huge lounge that was great for watching Netflix etc. The bathroom has a jacuzzi that was nice to relax in. The building is a bit old, but it was still a great place to stay. No issues with noise outside and a great breakfast and bar next door at the Wild Orchid and the new Malaysian restaurant across the street. The massage place opposite is great too. Definitely recommend Nigels place, he was a great host and easy to communicate with.

We are a repeat guests over and over. Ms Ida’s unit is one of our favorite airbnb place. It has become our go to. But unfortunately, her studio is not always avail. It’s always booked and it’s not surprising to my daughter and I. The bed is super comfy!!! The location is perfect, super quiet, very clean and just so perfect for two♥️ Huge thanks to Ms Ida and her caretaker cleaner, Ate Luz for making our stay so spot on!

The modern amenities are designed to enhance comfort and convenience, making it a standout choice for tech-savvy guests. Impeccable Cleanliness: Cleanliness is evidently a priority at Nads Place Manila. The entire area, including the swimming pool, is kept in pristine condition. The pool is inviting and well-maintained, offering a perfect spot to relax and unwind. Comfortable Accommodation: The rooms are exceptionally clean and well-furnished, providing a cozy and comfortable environment. The attention to detail in maintaining the rooms ensures a pleasant stay, allowing guests to feel at ease and rejuvenated. Exceptional Staff and Service: The staff at Nads Place Manila are incredibly accommodating and attentive.

The manager who welcomed us in was very warm and helpful. She gave us hints of where to go for dining. She even connected me to a friend from the past who happen to own a condo unit at Vonbel. I like that there is water dispenser available at the unit. Thank you for hosting us. My family enjoyed the stay, the chic-ness of the place, being very clean and the view from the porch. I look forward to coming back again.

Sustain: - great communication with hosts - optional parking space close to elevator - inviting and attentive reception staff - incredible helper provided for check in - 5 star location and property is very tidy - pool is serviced daily - instructions for laundry are clear and unit works great - beds are restful and clean, smell great - bathrooms are well maintained and clean - air conditioner in rooms work well - silverware and cooking set provided is good - competitively priced for location - overall 4.5 / 5 stars! improve: - listing instructions are clear but I suggest directional bearings (N, S, E, W) - address provided for listing is incorrect and taking Grab or a taxi will send you behind the building entrance. - air conditioner in common area is quite chilly even set to higher temperatures. - main door to balcony has a pinch point flaw with locking mechanism, suggest to service door or update instructions to tilt handle upwards before engaging lock.

Monariz was a wonderful host, The place was clean and had all the amenities that I needed, felt right at home. The Front desk Security was friendly and active 24/7 no matter what time I returned to residence. The residence was In a convenient location and many restaurants and markets were in walkable distance, I enjoyed going to the park right up the block for my morning runs. would definitely recommend the place if you're looking for something that's convenient to the surrounding manila area!

We were a group with small children and the space worked out perfectly for us. It's a true 3-bedroom condo. The space was clean. A/C worked in all the rooms. Communication with the host was excellent. They were very responsive to all our needs and gave great recommendations. The property itself was in a great location. It was walking distance to many restaurants, stores, and a shopping center. Most importantly, we felt safe. Although, if you are a light sleeper, I'd suggest bringing a noise machine. Two of the rooms have windows that face the main street and the noise can be loud all hours of the night. Otherwise, this was a great property.

The place looks exactly as it is described and in the photos. It is easy to find because it has its own tag in Google Maps and Waze. It is also easy to communicate with the host as she is very responsive

Loved our stay at Rd’s place in BGC! Super clean, comfy, and in a perfect location—close to everything. Rd was really responsive and made everything easy. Would definitely book again!

Lulu’s place was super clean, spacious, and really comfortable. What made the stay even better was the kindness of everyone around. Lulu was incredibly thoughtful and even let us check in three hours early, which was such a help. The guards were also amazing so kind and friendly! They even have a small store on-site, which was super convenient. If you stay here, definitely consider tipping the guards and assistants, they really go above and beyond and absolutely deserve it. Highly recommend this place!

My Wife and I and our company enjoyed our stay felt at home with more than 10-20 pax accommodations plenty of space toilets huge dining room and living space. The house has many characters inviting to relax and pleasantry mood. Would be back again. Give it a try and Oh bring towels! We forgot on this trip!

The moment I walked in, I was hit with a sense of familiarity—like I was back in our old home in Rabaul, PNG. For a couple of precious days, I was grounded. And not in the “you’re grounded, young lady” way—but in the “oh wow, I’m actually present in the moment and not checking email” way. It’s the kind of home that reminds you of what matters: time with family, the smell of wood, the quiet hum of crickets at night, and the subtle realization that Wi-Fi doesn’t cure burnout. To the hosts—thank you for letting us into your home, because that’s what it truly felt like. A home.

This was our third stay at Kirei House Bulacan, and once again, it was perfect for our family of four. The location is incredibly convenient—close to our family and just a short trip to SM for any grocery needs. We love the Japanese-inspired design—minimalist, clean, and free of clutter. The amenities were more than sufficient, and the added touch of books and games made our stay even more enjoyable. Kirei House continues to be a fantastic place to stay, and we’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and convenience in Bulacan. Looking forward to our next visit!

Catherine Place is your home away from home. Cozy home with 3 full bedroom and large dinning area... patio and dirty kitchen are the additional amenities that really make it like a home. the Pools - are very relaxing and the water is fresh! The location is quite away from the busy highway, giving the the " province like" life. Buffet breakfast is one of the thing that we're excited and we are not disappointed. We also request for additional food to cook, and the host have no problem with it. If ever we will be in Baler in the future, I will come back to this home.

Overall a good place to stay. 10-15 min walk to mall/grocery/BGC *** Only issue is that there are Roaches 🪳, like A Lot. I don’t think it’s specific to this unit, the whole building has them. During my 7 day stay I personally killed about 30-40 of them. They are BOLD. Come walking right on the counters middle of day, even with lights on and you sitting there. I personally grew up with roaches 🪳 so it wasn’t the end of the world, but if you don’t have a tolerance for them this unit is not for you. A bit smaller in person than it looks in the photos. The building staff/community were all very friendly and welcoming.

I can't remember anymore how many times i've stayed in Ms. Mera's place. 😅 still my go to place to stay in Manila. 🙂

Great Internet, Netflix. hot shower, very comfortable bed and walking distance to restaurants and shopping at Resorts World which is only a 5min walk.
